Dr. Qualls was gracious enough to work me in the morning after my crown came off completely and my Dentist was out-of-town. His staff was so kind and efficient and got me in and out quickly! I鈥檓 so grateful for all of them and definitely recommend them to anyone needing a fantastic dentist in Crossville 馃挋馃Ψ馃

My first time at Qualls Family Dentistry and I would highly recommend. The hygienist was exceptional as was Dr. Qualls. Great staff who took their time and have gained another returning patient. They are opening a beautiful new location this Spring.

This was my first visit with Legacy. Everyone was so personable, professional, and made me feel at ease. Devan, dental hygienist, was such a pleasure and did a fantastic job. Dr McShan was very friendly, professional, and really good about making sure I understood everything he told me. Would 100% recommend this practice.

We have gone to Dr McShane since moving to TN 9 years ago. The hygienists are very friendly & the practice is not pushy. The new office is very nice. Will continue with his practice.

Great new location and building. Staff is personable and professional. I appreciate that they are honest and dont try to trick you into dental work you dont need. I also like that you stay with the same hygenist instead of meeting a new person each visit. I would recommend them to anyone needing a dentist.
