Wonderful experience! The staff took great care of my grandmother, and everyone was so kind and professional. The receptionist deserves special recognition—she was amazing both over the phone and in person. Her kindness, patience, and helpfulness made a big difference. Thank you for making my grandmother feel so comfortable and cared for!

I saw Dr. Jasmeet Kaur in early February 2026 for the prep for a crown placement. She accidentally left a ~1cm gum retraction cord in my mouth which led to pain that left me in tears and unable to eat on that side of my mouth for close to two weeks. When I voiced that I was not comfortable returning to her for the crown placement, she called me unreasonable and kicked off a billing battle over rescinding the insurance claim that could have cost me nearly $3,000 had she not ultimately decided to waive the costs three months into fighting with me about them. Although I am grateful for her ultimate decision to not insist on $975 from me and her agreement to pull the claim from insurance so I could have the procedure covered by another dentist, this was a traumatic and exhausting saga that took nearly four months to resolve. I found Dr. Kaur to be unprofessional, unreasonable and insensitive to both my physical pain and financial situation. I hope that no one else has a similar experience.
For those who want more details, here is the longer story: On February 6th I saw Dr. Jasmeet Kaur to prep my tooth for a crown placement. Although I did not know it at the time, she accidentally did not remove a ~1cm gum retraction cord during the visit. The chord led to my gum getting so inflamed that I woke up in my sleep from the pain. When I called the office to tell them that I thought something was not right, the Dr. Kaur told me to wait until the end of the week to see if it got better on its own. It did not. I saw her again on February 9th she noted the gum was inflamed and gave me a mouthwash. On the 15th I found and removed the cord myself. The conversations with Dr. Kaur over the phone quickly spiraled once she learned that I did not trust her to do any additional work on my mouth and that I would be going to another dentist. She called me “childish” and “impossible to work with” for refusing to let her place the crown after the experience I had. She informed me that she “would not hold our conversation against [me]” in the quality of service she would provide me when placing the crown. None of this built back the trust that was broken and if anything made me less comfortable with the idea of working with her. Unfortunately that was not the end of my challenges with her. The claim for the procedure had already been submitted to insurance. She refused to cancel the claim because it was “my fault” that the procedure was not completed and insisted that I pay her for the work that was completed (nearly $1,000). After a month of trying to reason with her that by refusing to pull it from insurance she was keeping me from being able to get the procedure completed with another dentist without paying completely out of pocket (an another ~$2,000), she decided that she actually wanted to settle this between the two of us. She did not seem to understand that insurance doesn’t have a simple undo button and to pull the claim from insurance would require a corrected claim explaining that the crown was never placed. While she and I were going back and forth on how to resolve this, insurance processed the claim and paid her office. It took another two months to get the payment voided and for Dr. Kaur to decide to not require payment from me.

Excellent experience here. From the moment I entered the door, I felt very welcome. Tracy, the receptionist is friendly, highly knowledgeable and caring. Jen the hygienist is top notch and the dentist was excellent. I was confident that I was in good hands of an experienced and caring dentist. Together we discussed my plan of care and I look forward to my next visit.

I had a great experience with Dr. Romano. He’s a friendly extremely talented dentist in the old school tradition. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a really good dentist.

Dr Romano and his amazing staff are the best! Tracey greets you with a beautiful smile when you walk in and Jen is by far the best hygienist around. A very gentle and thorough cleaning. And of course Dr Romano is fantastic. I’ve been a patient for over 25 years! Highly recommend
