Had a great experience at Raleigh Dental Arts. Daria, the hygienist, was awesome—very professional, super thorough, and really friendly. She made the whole cleaning easy and comfortable and explained things along the way, which I really appreciated.
Dr. Pyle was great too—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never rushed. He took the time to go over everything clearly.
The entire office is welcoming and well run, and everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

I do not enjoy going to the dentist at all. However my appointment with Dr. Hetrich was the best I’ve had. She was great she listened and answered all my questions with detail. I did not feel rushed in the least and enjoyed the new technology they used. My cleaning was very thorough I felt set up for success once I left. The entire staff was very nice I’d highly recommend RDA.

Had an appointment with Liz today to discuss an oral appliance for sleep apnea. Liz was wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and responsive to questions. She did a thorough assessment and told me the pros and cons of the various options. I really appreciate the time she spent with me. I highly recommend her!

I haven't even been to my first appt. yet but already feel like this is going to be a great fit for me. Called today to book the 1st appt. and spoke with Mariah who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She answered all my questions and then some. I look forward to meeting her and the rest of the staff. I know that people normally don't leave a review when they haven't even been to a place yet but if Mariah is any indication of the how the rest of the staff is then I am in!!!

The staff was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They welcomed my questions and never made me feel like I was a bother. They encouraged me to ask anything I needed and took the time to explain every option thoroughly. Instead of giving me just one definitive plan, they outlined the pros and cons of each treatment approach, which helped me feel informed and involved. Overall, they made me feel comfortable, supported, and never rushed.
