I was having a surgical procedure done and Dr. Allen was gracious to explain to me about the process. He reassured me it will be a quick easy procedure. The surgical room was very sterile looking and clean.Thank you, Dr. Allen and the staff at Rancho Oral and Facial Surgery for a positive and great experience.

The treatment I received was to repair an implant that was done incorrectly by another doctor. I was very nervous, but everyone was very kind and reassuring. At the consultation, Dr. Pulsipher explained what he was going to do. During the procedure I was frequently asked if I was doing ok. After the procedure Dr Pulsipher told me what he did and what to expect as I healed. It was obvious to me that Dr Pulsipher and everyone on his staff cared about the quality of work they provided as well as providing a positive experience. I would definitely recommend Rancho Oral and Facial Surgery.
