There are so many wonderful things to say about this office. Everyone is welcoming with smiles, they are knowledgeable, patient, friendly. My hygienist is Taylor. She does a fantastic job with my smile. I’ve always had dental anxiety but not in this office. Taylor is welcoming and patient with me. She teaches me best practices and lets me know all of my options while explaining every step. My youngest has severe dental anxiety and after our first appointment she said she loved it here which was a huge relief for me. We’ve had multiple services performed and every time the treatment is exceptional. We have mild to no after care discomfort. They have helped to coordinate services with oral surgery and orthodontia. I am so glad I picked this office. I can not say enough about the staff. They are truly amazing at what they do and provide phenomenal care to myself and my three children

Honestly, great experience. I was nervous about my appointment because it had been a few years since my last cleaning, but Sarah, Ashley and Dr Chao were all wonderful. They did my cleaning and then Dr Chao did a great job with my filling. (Yes, I needed a filling after putting off my cleanings for so long. Let this be your reminder to schedule your twice-yearly cleaning!)

The first dental visit ive had in years. Everyone was friendly. They made going to the dentist very pleasant. Sarah my hygienist was personable, very nice, and helpful, the Dr was the same, they are the exact definition of what people in the medical field should be and im glad they are my dental family now. Thanks all of you at salem real life dental.

I had my cleaning done by Sarah and she was phenomenal. I had to have a bridge done by Dr. Chao and her assistant Miranda and I can not praise them enough. Dr Chao is very gentle and explained the process each step of the way. Her assistant Miranda is absolutely amazing, she will make you feel calm and at ease for sure. Such an amazing office and staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I, like most people, have dentist anxiety but everyone in this office who I have met has been an absolute gem! They listen and dont judge, they want to help and offer suggestions that make me feel seen and heard. Dr. Chao is wonderful and knowing Im an anxious person checks in with me to make sure I am comfortable and ok with what is happening. Special shout out to Clare too she was an absolute doll and made my time in the chair fly by just by being herself and taking her time listening to me.
