Redstone Dental used to be fabulous! Dr. Allegra Daniher and her team were excellent. Very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I took my elderly mother in for a routine dental cleaning last week and what should have been a 30 min appointment lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes before she got fed up and walked out without seeing the dentist.
My mom was the first appointment at 2:00 when they came back from lunch, but she waited 20 min before they even took her back to a room. She said it felt like everything was in slow motion and she spent most of the next hour waiting. In addition there was a TV on in her room broadcasting a show of scantily dressed women putting lotion on each other. My mom was quite offended and told the hygienist so.
From the lobby, I observed three to four employees hanging around the front desk chatting instead of working. Needless to say, we will not go back.

I've had the best experience. They were very gentle with me. It had been a decade since I had a cleaning. I was not shamed or criticized. I greatly appreciate the care I received.

I have always had very high dental anxiety and fear of judgment as an adult. I admit, I have not stayed on top of my dental health like I should because of this. I visited this practice mainly to get assistance with a terrible broken tooth and awful pain. The staff were very friendly knowledgeable and personable from top to bottom. I felt no sense of judgment or fear around the procedure performed. Dr. Riley went over a future game plan with me to ensure that I can get back on track with my dental health and smile. Comfortable office and little wait time. I think I have finally found a dentist that I will not dread visiting. Thank you to the team. Great first impression.

The team was very kind and welcoming! I had a tooth extraction, it only took 45 minutes. Was cared for and made to feel very comfortable!

Let me preface this by saying that I am absolutely terrified of dentists and have a lot of dental anxiety. Dr. Riley and her staff are so wonderful. I've been able to get dental work that I've been putting off for far too long thanks to her. 10000/10, recommend. She is wonderful.
