Some of these reviews are mixed so here’s mine. I saw the review about Dr. Chad and his assistant and their side comments…. they have worked together for many many years so it makes sense that this is how they are. I didn’t find them unprofessional at all… I enjoyed my visit. Dr. Chad was very fast and he was prominent about getting my tooth out same day definitely I’m going back for the rest of my dental work. I forgot his assistants name, but I like her a lot she even held my hand how sweet lol 😂

Dr. Reel and all of the staff are super incredible. I called for a cracked tooth and receptionist Brittany was absolutely amazing in answering my questions and if she didn't know, she asked and was very patient with all my millions of questions. The assistant that did my X-rays was just as amazing. I don't recall her name, but she could definitely tell I was hurting and didn't waste any time and got all of the X-rays she needed as quickly as she could and with complete accuracy. Now for Dr. Reel, he came, he saw and he fixed the issue. He was very quick and thorough before making any kind of assumptions of what to do. Dr. Reel gave me many chances to ask any questions I may have had, even if it was 20 minutes later. Once the assessment was done, I got the shots to numb the area and he gave it plenty of time to soak in before even attempting to pull my tooth. I absolutely cannot say enough about the moment I walked in the door all the way to when I left. Yeah, I guess I am bragging, but, well, they deserve every bit of it. Thank you for being a blessing when it was needed.

All of the Reel Dentistry staff have been very professional and kind to me and my family. I have been going to Dr Harold Reel since I moved to San Angelo in 2016 and he is my favorite dentist and I am so grateful for him. I have always had a fear of dentists due to a bad experience as a child and Dr Harold Reel is so patient & kind, he also has so much knowledge! His dental work is exceptional, My family and I will always recommend Dr Reels office to everyone!

I don't understand all the mediocre reviews. I decided to review in favor of Reel. I have never been comfortable in the dentist chair. I had a wonderful experience. The staff from the front office to the phone receptionist is a great experience. My hygienist, Rachel and Dr. Chad are very calming and professional. My experience has been the best.

Dental hygienist are so nice and helpful, but Dr.Chad made me feel uncomfortable and with anxiety . Him and his assistant talked as if I were not there, they talked so weird to each other, they made me so uncomfortable and upset. He glued my botton fixed retainer and did not do a great job, I told him I did not like it and he did a mediocre fix. I left crying of how bad they made me feel.
