Dr.Matta is the best! I am from the South but I have lived here 2 times and came back to him again for my exrays and work to be done. He is excellent and my favorite from going to many different Dentist in the south who don't compare. The office staff is awesome and very professional including the Dental Hygienist. They care here about their patients! Also I have a heart condition and he pays attention to my care. Thanks to all of the staff!

I am very disappointed with my experience at this dental office. I went in for a routine cleaning and specifically told the staff that I was unsure whether I had dental insurance. I asked them to verify my coverage and let me know if I did not have insurance because I knew self-pay patients receive a discount, which is what I received during a previous visit. The staff took my insurance information, checked it, and assured me that I had dental coverage and would not owe anything for the visit. However, three days later, I received an email stating that I had a balance due of $267. When I contacted the office, I explained that I had relied on the information they provided and that I would have requested the self-pay discount had I been told I was not covered. Instead of acknowledging their mistake or offering any accommodation, the staff member refused to provide any discount or assistance. This situation could have been avoided if the office had verified my coverage correctly before the appointment. I feel misled and frustrated by the lack of accountability and customer service. I would recommend that anyone visiting this office double-check their insurance coverage independently before receiving treatment. Based on this experience, I would never visit this office again and cannot recommend it to others.

Service was excellent. Very timely. Professional and friendly hygienist. Did not like the sign-in process at the kiosk, took forever and my feet were killing me from standing so long. Tried doing it online earlier but system kept kicking me out. Tried three times. Systems need to be fixed!!! Kiosks need to be more user friendly, accommodations for seniors and handicapped. -

The atmosphere was very relaxing. All of the staff were nice. Dr. Matta has a great bedside manner. I love that Dr. Matta created a viewing of birds out the window with a poster of Ohio birds to identify while I waited.

I had a dental emergency and was so happy that Dr. Matta's Dental Office was able to accommodate me so quickly. Everyone there is courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!
