Excellent staff! Excellent patient care! Dr. Baldwin is above reproach! Anna is stellar and has a gift of making you feel comfortable in every situation . I can’t say enough. We are so lucky to have this exceptional team in Poland. Thank you for all you do… you are appreciated! ❤️

My wife and I were at our new patient appointments and it took us over 2 hours for our visits. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen and she waited 40 minutes after being placed into an exam room. No one let us know why the delay for being seen and no one checked on her for 45 minutes. Once seen, no one apologized for our wait times or the amount of time each appointment took. The staff were nice but that didn’t overcome our wait times, lack of apologies or total amount of time each or our visits took. This did not reflect a good first impression for new patients.

I had some cavities fixed. They didn't sugar coat anything or lie. They told me straight up exactly what they gonna do.step by step.told what could hurt or be very uncomfortable. The doctors and assistants were very nice and professional .I'm glad I came to refresh dental.very very happy with the outcome and the work. Thanks refresh dental. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!!!

I will never go to another go to another dental office other than this one! First time I was there, it was quite a bit of a wait but I didn’t have anything else to do. My blood pressure was high, so the doctor wouldn’t take me until I got that figured out. I was grateful that he put my health first because I got my blood pressure under control. I got my cleaning, root canal and crown done at this office. They were pretty quick with those, pain free, and I’ve never met a nicer staff. I honestly love going here so much because of the staff. They calm your nerves, they’re courteous and informative, and the way that they talk to you and makes you feel welcome and cared for.

Before coming here it had been roughly 15 years without seeing a dentist - thought I was invincible! I had two cracked teeth that I needed fixed and the got me in asap! I’ve been back a few times for fillings and a crown and have loved every visit since. The girls are super warm and welcoming and talk to you like life long friends. I think her name is Anna who does my fillings - I’m horrible with names, sorry! She is so sweet and makes sure I’m comfortable my whole visit there. The other assistant with the long brown hair is an absolute gem as well! I’ve only Interacted with Dr Baldwin minimal but he’s been great as well. Through all my work so far I’ve never had any pain post appointment (or during!) everyone is always afraid of going to the dentist but I genuinely look forward to my appointments and will be sad when we finish the rest of my work next month!
