Everyone is so kind here! I had all wisdom teeth plus another tooth extracted and it was a great experience. My nurse was sweet as can be and eased my anxiety and Dr O is great! Very informative and he even called to check on me today to see how I was doing. Highly recommend to any others looking for an oral surgeon! Any future work i may need will be done here.馃榿

All I can say is thank you. I had already had a HORRIFIC time at a previous oral surgery facility behind Walmart in Cookeville. I told the care team here the traumatic experience I had previously had and my concerns and fears. They listen to everything that I was feeling. Reassured me made the entire experience extremely comfortable and they were super comforting. I felt absolutely nothing. The doctor was very nice to me. I have nothing but kind things to say about this office.

Regional Oral Surgery Center of the Upper Cumberlands is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice located at 33 West Third Street in Cookeville, Tennessee, serving patients from Cookeville and surrounding communities including Sparta, Crossville, Smithville, Livingston and McMinnville. Dr. Owsley joined Regional Oral Surgery Center in 2014 after attending Clemson University and the Medical University of South Carolina, practicing two years as a general dentist, and completing an oral surgery internship at Mount Sinai and Elmhurst Hospitals followed by oral and maxillofacial surgery training through New York Medical College. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and a member of the Tennessee Dental Association and the American Dental Association, with a stated focus on implant reconstruction, dental surgery and sedation. Dr. Brooksbank began his oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in Cookeville in January 1986. He earned his dental degree from the University of Tennessee, Memphis, served three years of active duty as a dental officer in the United States Navy, and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency in Memphis in December 1985. He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Tennessee Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the American Dental Association and the Tennessee Dental Association, is board-certified in dental anesthesiology and forensic dentistry, and has been on staff at Cookeville Regional Medical Center since 1986.
