Don't believe the hype. I have had more problems than success. I was promised my issues would be fixed to no avail 4 years and 23,000 dollars later I am no better off than if I had conventional dentures. I worked with a revolving door of dentists some of them with less than congenial attitudes. The scheduling is difficult and then as I was supposed to get some help the office I was using closed. Back at share one and still using adhesive. Buyer beware!

It’s been almost a year and I still haven’t received my implants! I paid them and now they couldn’t care less about me. They did half of my surgery! So now I have no teeth just bottom posts and dentures that don’t fit me and I can’t use. This was 1 of the worst decision I’ve made in my life! Yes the times that they tried contacting me was only to cancel my appointment it’s been a whole year and I still haven’t gotten anything accomplished!

How to start? First getting an appointment is impossible once they have payment. No one answers the phone and the level they are understaffed is shocking! Once you are finally able to get an appointment don't plan on them being anywhere near on time. If I only wait an hour past my appointment I'm very lucky, so far today as I'm waiting it's 56min past my appointment and i haven't seen anyone since the brought me back.
Considering the cost of this place you think they would do better.

Over 3 years now and I have nothing but positives for this company. Fast service and they know their stuff. I've broke dentures and hardware and there was no delay in getting me in and addressing the problem. I have no limitations in what I can eat and full confidence in the dentures. This is truely the only way to go. And it is most definitely 100 times better than what I was born with. Any time I am in public, people compliment my teeth. I've heard it 1000 times over. Truely the world loves my smile and so do I. I know I'm often in a hurry and I forget to say thank you to the awesome team in Colorado Springs, but Thank you. A group of true professionals.

This is a decision that will affect you three times a day for the rest of your life. I put in the time and did the research before I made my choice ,I took over a year making that decision. There is not a single item on any menu that I have not been able to eat yet. The entire staff is extremely personable and friendly and supportive. I wouldn't want it to have walked through this with anyone else. I'm glad with the decision I made to use renew One Day Dentures. This is all they do everyday. That's why their system works so well. Not only am I extremely impressed and satisfied with their product but I have no issues referring anyone even a family member to them. Thank you all so much.!!!!

Getting an appointment to have some maintenance done use to take a day or two, now it takes over a week. Hopefully you don't have to go to work or out in public during that time.
Growth without customer service isn't Growth.
