My experience from the moment I walked in the door of Renew was fantastic. The staff was exceptionally kind. I was seen almost immediately. The wait time was little to move to be called back. They were polite, professional and wonderful. Kristina, the consultant was absolutely perfect. She made me feel more than welcome. She was very detailed and thorough with all the information. She walled me through the entire treatment plan and financing options available. The atmosphere was very comforting and judgment free. I give Renew 5 stars ONLY because there isn't an option to give 6.

I felt like I walked into a family members home ! Kristina took her time . She went over every step of every option and explained it all so I could make the right choice for my best option! From beginning to continue ,I’m so excited to share my journey to a healthier happier me!

Consult manager was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Explained things I was unaware of.
Unfortunately they determined I’m not a candidate
So I ended up crying in parking lot before never got to meet the dentist. Afraid different options would be out of my range
