Dr. Dempsey and his entire staff are, by far, top notch professionals. Five Stars all the way from the front desk to the dental chair! I have been under his care for a little over a year now, and during each appointment, Dr. Dempsey takes the time to fully & clearly explain what he observes, and why he recommends a particular treatment plan. Equally important to me is his openness to my questions, which resulted in very helpful discussions and has given me a good understanding of my overall care.
My first treatment plan involved scaling & root planing with Paige, who is very knowledgeable and an absolute delight. Most recently, I had a tissue graft done by Dr. Dempsey. As surgery began, he clearly explained the basic steps he would be taking. This was so reassuring for someone like me who needs to know what is to come.
During surgery, he has a very pleasant and calming disposition, while at the same time working methodically and with confidence; this was very soothing to me, and it helped calm my nerves. The teamwork between Dr. Dempsey and his assistant, Jen, seemed effortless. Post-op instructions were great, and I had no pain or issues. As I left the office, I was also given a protective shield for the surgery site to take home, and I was amazed to learn that it had been created while I was in the surgery chair! It fit perfectly. Amazing. This office works like a well-oiled machine. Most importantly, the results of my gum line look wonderful. I am very grateful. Thank you Dr. Dempsey!

I had a gum graft done (my first one ever) and it was a breeze. Every staff member is so welcoming, kind, and makes sure to answer every question. Dr. Dempsey did a flawless job and even called me the evening after my surgery to check up. I highly recommend anyone needing periodontal work to choose this office and will be encouraging my husband to do the same!

I had an outstanding experience at the Restore Periodontics and Implants office. Everyone was so incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional.The entire team took the time to answer my questions and ensure I felt at ease throughout my visit.
It's clear that everyone genuinely cares about their patients and works hard to create a positive experience. I truly appreciated the kindness and respect shown by every member of the staff.

Dr Dempsey does great work! I had some gum issues and required some minor surgery. He did an awesome job and my gums look and feel great! His staff was excellent too. Very friendly and efficient. I would absolutely recommend his office!

I had a great experience with Dr. Dempsey and the staff. I had a receding gumline that he did a tissue graft on. The procedure was a success. And, the work was about as pain free as they could make it. I definitely recommend Restore Periodontics!

Meet the Doctors
Dr. Dempsey leads Restore Periodontics and Implants. He was born and raised in West Michigan and returned to his hometown to care for his community. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry at Hope College in Holland, Michigan, then received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2019. He went on to complete a three year American Dental Association periodontal residency at the University of Missouri Kansas City, with additional advanced residency training in dental implants and cosmetic surgical procedures. He emphasizes individualized evaluation for every patient and works collaboratively with patients and their primary dentists using proven, safe, and reliable treatments.
