Revive Dental is the best!! It’s a warm and friendly environment. The staff is very nice and make you feel comfortable and welcome. The dentist and office staff are amazing they take good care of you. Their prices can’t be beat nowhere else. I recommend people to check them out. Also they want hurt your mouth. The dentist done a marvelously great job on my implants. I just love the place this will be my place for now on. With Love!!

Today I went a whole different route regarding my dental problems. I have never met a group of people that have such love, compassionate, and genuine words of encouragement. Everyone made me feel accepted, understood, and I did not feel judged. It is such a blessing to have a doctor listen to what I NEED rather than what I want or what they want to give me. I came home feeling relaxed and ready to move forward with this blessed team! Thank you and may God bless you all!! ❤️

Revive Dental is an answer to a prayer. I am very dental phobic, need extensive work, & no dental insurance. The staff is so friendly & personable which kept me at ease. They are very competent & professional while always making sure I am heard. The upcoming work is very affordable & would easily cost many times more at other practices. I absolutely recommend to anyone & everyone including my loved ones. A true Blessing in Chattanooga.

I had a full extraction done yesterday and I can't brag about Revive enough! Everyone is friendly and kind, I never felt any pain or discomfort and was always informed of what was going on. I highly recommend Revive dental you will definitely receive high quality care.

Four days later, and I'm still thanking God for allowing me to have been in the care of this team, and telling family and friends how I highly recommend them! Truly and honestly: The procedure I experienced was two tooth extractions on November 18th of 2025, now four days later, (THANK GOD) I've not experienced a lick of pain and have not had to medicate since the first day. Because of the many stories that I'd heard about other's experiences with tooth extractions going left, I was before so nervous and anticipated a different experience, but God had other plans. Thank you Revive Dental! Get the shirt!!

Revive Dental is a faith based, nonprofit community dental center located on Dodds Avenue in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The practice was created to serve patients who need low cost dental care, including people without insurance and those enrolled in addiction recovery programs. For patients missing some or all of their teeth, the team offers a range of tooth replacement options, from full and partial dentures to implant supported overdentures that use two implants to help hold a lower denture more securely in place, as well as crowns and more complex restorative work.
Because Revive Dental runs on a volunteer model, care is provided by a rotating group of licensed dentists from the Chattanooga area who donate their time, along with dental faculty who help guide treatment planning for more involved cases such as full mouth restoration. Patients considering dental implants can expect an evaluation that takes their budget and overall oral health into account, with treatment plans built around what is realistic and affordable rather than a one size fits all package. The Dodds Avenue location is easy to reach from downtown Chattanooga and serves patients from across Hamilton County who are looking for an affordable path back to a healthy, functional smile.
Revive Dental was founded by Dr. Leigh Kuyrkendall and Dr. Michael McCracken. Dr. Kuyrkendall, who holds a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 2000, has practiced in Chattanooga since 2013, and serves as president of the nonprofit Revive Dental Board of Directors. Dr. McCracken, who holds both a dental degree and a doctorate, is a board certified prosthodontist, a specialist in complex dental restorations, and a professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry. Everyday patient care at Revive Dental is provided by its team of dentists: Dr. Christopher Clark, who earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center; Dr. Jerod ("Jay") Fritts, who earned his dental degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry; and Dr. Bradley Earls, a Doctor of Dental Medicine who graduated in the first class of Lincoln Memorial University College of Dental Medicine. The team is supported by two faculty dentists, Dr. Steven Tipps, a dentist with training in oral surgery, and Dr. Terry Major, a Doctor of Dental Surgery.
