The personal is always friendly and helpful and every time I came back to do my cleaning so I really appreciate and recommend the clinic thank you very much

I've been wearing braces for 5 years, and during that time the doctor has changed three times. Each doctor has a different opinion about my teeth. They're going to take them off today, and I'm not happy with the result. I don't recommend it.

Worst experience! Trust me I don’t do ratings this much - I used my Gmail Account for more than 11 years and I gave only 9 ratings so far out of which most are 5 stars with a great positive feedback. But today, I have to provide a negative feedback! I have been to Dentists working in facilities ranging from a School of Dentistry (at UMich where I used to do research in the Engineering school) to Dental clinics (close to my work) in mid-west to pacific northwest regions, respectively. But this was a very disappointing experience by far for me. My previous Doctor in Bellevue didn’t have Saturday appointments thus I wanted to try this place. I came on time (10am appointment), and finished x-ray by 10:25am. In an uncomfortable sitting position that his assistant left me, I waited for the doctor to come. He came to see me at 10:56am and HE/NO-ONE APOLOGIZED for the super delay. I didn’t react and was calm cooperating to what he was asking me to do. I understand he might be with other patients prescribing or whatever BUT BEING CONSIDERATE TO APOLOGIZE FOR AN INCONVENIENCE DONE TO A PATIENT IS THE LEAST EXPECTED GESTURE AT A DENTAL CLINIC. He spent just 3 minutes with me with NO APOLOGY but he was very comfortable to say “MY FRIEND” a lot regardless and very disrespectful again to leave without even saying bye! I am a professional myself so I respect what professionals in their own fields would have to say to me from their perspectives so I don’t want to delve into the ideas raised. But I wanted to understand what his assistant itemized to crazily sum the total jaw dropping treatment plan of $10,083 - which she failed to adequately explain but quickly send me to the receptionist (she is a nice person). I have a healthy teeth that I regularly floss and brush with a regular checkup with my previous great Doctors. I needed a detailed explanation in this clinic since, I am already aware of what might be needed for treating my 🦷 from my previous Doctor that his assistant itemized very very very lower than $10,083. Dear review reader: I am glad you are reading this because we tend to rush to take the overall rating and go. At the same time, don’t be fooled by the nice replies the clinic owners have for negative reviews - trust me, people don’t write negative reviews for entertainment.

This was by far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I came in for a routine cleaning and ended up with water splashed all over my face. The protective bib around my neck was soaked, and the hygienist had to hand me napkins so I could wipe myself down . I've never had anything like this happen during a dental cleaning before. Honestly, I don’t understand how this place has so many five-star reviews; it makes me question if they’re even real. Definitely not coming back.
