I had the best dental experience and can’t recommended enough! All of the staff were so incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for, even helping to entertain my baby who I had to bring with me as it was an emergency dental visit / they were the SWEETEST! So so helpful! they thankfully were able to get me in and the care was top notch! Dr. Johnny I believe was his name and he was amazing - very knowledgeable and kind and I couldn’t be happier about my results! This view was awesome to look at during my care as well! Thank you all!

SCAM, SCAM,SCAM!!!This place is a scam. Came here 2 months ago in July with broken tooth. They made an X-ray ,which we didn’t really need since all we needed just filling for the tooth(paid for x-ray $150) They offered two options: crown or filling ,that day the price they counted for filling was $150 , so we agreed to that. The earliest appointment they offered was in 2 months since the doctor just came back from vacation and they had a lot of patients .We did agree since the price was reasonable, in Miami it would cost $300 plus gas money and loosing a lot of hours on driving.This morning on September 25th was supposed to fix the tooth but at the reception they told us we have to pay $296 , we asked them to double check since when we made an appointment the other girl told us completely different price.We did ask several times the price. They said she probably made a mistake and it’s not their problem.Supervisor was refusing even to come talk to us . She showed up only after we called their organization scam and we were angry and loud and she asked us to leave and was really RUDE, terrible customer service, didn’t even try to be professional and fix the problem. This is the first time I ever write a bad review in my life, but this place totally deserves it. If you don’t want to be scammed STAY AWAY from this place.

Just had two teeth extracted this morning by Dr. Oscar Rodriguez. I am so scared of any dental work whatsover. Dr. Rodriguez was so gentle and professional with me. His office staff was also very professional. I would highly recommend RHN !

The hygenist and dentist are fine but the administration, beginning with the completely dysfunctional call center, is lousy.

The staff has always been professional, a bit short, but accommodating to me. Maybe as a nurse myself, I'm a bit more understanding of how overworked they are. The doc is great. And the view from the chair is unbeatable. Prices are right and based on income. Works for me!
