Elaine (Patient Registration) is a doll! Thank you so much for always being helpful, efficient, and kind. From my first visit (consultation) to my actual surgery day, I鈥檝e always interacted with her and she is so pleasant. Thank you for being so kind!
Also, I want to give a huge shoutout to Dr. Luke Coury/Brandy and the team members that assisted me during my wisdom teeth surgery. They kept my spirits high, made me feel comfortable, and took very great care of me from the moment I came into the procedure room. Thank you so much. 馃枻

Went there for tooth extraction on a partially broken tooth. Front staff was kind and helpful and addressed mevby name. Gerard, the assistant patiently waited for me and escorted me to the procedure room. He combined genuine interest in me with reviewing post op care. He listened to my questions and concerns. Dr. Richardson as always was amazing, kind and professional. They took time to explain the post op care to Rachel, my friend and driver. There were other assistants in the room who greeted me kindly, i did not catch her name as the anesthesia was kicking in,and a pre- dental student Nadine there to observe. I was fully monitored during the procedure and given time to wake up and assisted by wheelchair to my car. What is remarkable is that i have had multiple procedures there over many years. Dr. Richardson called me "part of the family". The high quality of care and concern for patients remains stellar and consistently so. Well done to my family at the Richardson Center in Elkridge Md.

We had an excellent experience with this oral surgery center for our son鈥檚 wisdom teeth removal. From the receptionist to the nurses and, especially, the surgeon, everyone was friendly, professional, caring, and reassuring. They made what could have been a stressful experience remarkably smooth and comfortable. We are so grateful for the wonderful care our son received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing oral surgery!

After a nightmare experience 19 years ago, I was so traumatized that I lived with decayed wisdom teeth for nearly two decades.
Today, I finally got one pulled here, (just an hour ago!) and I'm honestly still in shock.
1 minute to numb, less than 1 minute to extract. I was speechlessly staring at Dr Richardson when he told me it was over! Incredibly professional, fast, and painless. If you鈥檙e terrified of dental work, trust me鈥攜ou are in the best hands here.

Had my wisdom teeth removal done with them, highly recommend this place! I was having a lot of nausea and side effects with the medication, we called them at 4:30 am on a Saturday and received a call back within the hour from Dr. Richardson!! Even though Dr. Richardson didn鈥檛 do my surgery, he provided guidance and promptly passed the message to Dr. Coury who called me as well. This really made me feel reassured and I am glad I did my wisdom teeth removal with this office, the support has been incredible.
