The entire staff were as friendly and accommodating as anyone could wish for. It is a beautiful and immaculate office. From the start to finish, every staff member explained billing process and the dental assistant explained necessary information pertinent to my appointment covering all questions and medications. I must share that Dr. Robinson demonstrates the highest professionalism in providing detailed information pertinent to my dental request. His consultation included specific details with X-rays of his very own to explain to me. Dr. Robinson is so precise and takes his time with no rushing either. I really appreciated his expertise, calm and attentive care. I have been taking my grandchildren to him over the years so I knew I would personally choose him, as well for my dental follow up. They received excellent care from him, even calling them at home after procedures. I will certainly continue our family dental care when necessary .

I have lived in the United States for over 10 years, and Dr. Samuel Robinson is the first surgeon who truly impressed me with his exceptional professionalism and skill. He has truly gifted hands. After visiting several other specialists, I was told that my tooth could not be saved and needed to be extracted. Dr. Robinson carefully evaluated my case, successfully performed the surgery, and saved my tooth. The surgery was just yesterday, and I already feel great. What impressed me even more was how much he genuinely cares about his patients. His pricing is very transparent, fair, and there are no hidden charges. After the surgery, he even gave me his personal phone number so I could reach him 24/7 if I had any concerns or complications. That level of care is extremely rare. Dr. Robinson is not only an outstanding surgeon, but also a kind, compassionate and honest physician. I recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for the highest level of dental care. Thank you, Dr. Robinson, for giving me the chance to keep my tooth and for your excellent care.

I had an excellent experience at Richardson Oral and Facial Surgery. The entire team was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. A special thank you to Malak, who truly went above and beyond. She was compassionate, attentive, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel much less stressful. Her positive attitude and genuine care really stood out and made a big difference in my experience.
The office was clean, organized, and efficient, and the staff treated me with kindness the entire visit. Highly recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery or dental care!

Dr Robinson and staff were wonderful. Start to finish. He has removed teeth from children prior to braces and wisdom teeth too. I had a cracked tooth that was causing intense pain and was not able to be saved. His office was able to get me in asap. Front office staff and Malak who assisted Dr Robinson made sure I was as comfortable as possible and communicated all pre and post care clearly. Highly recommend for children and adults.

I was able to be seen and treated within 2 days of calling for an appointment. Dr. Robinson removed my problem tooth efficiently without my incurring any additional pain. Office staff was very nice and well trained. I'd return if I need this kind of care in the future.
