Great doctor and staff! Went in for a procedure, they explained everything from A to Z. Couldn’t be happier with the results. They’ll schedule several follow ups during recovery to make sure everything is going well. Definitely recommend to go see Dr. Piccione and his team.

Great caring staff! Dr. Mike has the Greatest chair-side manners. He really listens to you, and you feel like he really wants what's best for you, but also he and his staff wants to be sure you can get the most work done for what you can afford - and that's going the extra mile! I refer everyone to them. Where I live there are - literally multiple Oral Surgery facilities and DDS's, but I drive almost 35 mins, over to Richmond Hill, to get my oral work done. They deserve 6 stars, him and his staff (especially K.C. - who has been working on my case for more than 2 years), but the rating system only has 5.

My daughter had an impacted canine removed, and she was really nervous going into the process. Dr. Piccione and his team comforted and reassured her from the consultation, through the procedure, into post-op and beyond. They were incredibly patient with us, made sure we were educated on what to expect and answered all of our questions no matter how silly! I can't put into words how safe and supported this made me feel as a parent. My daughter had little to no pain after surgery, and recovered like a champ! Highly, highly recommend the compassionate, professional and experienced team at Richmond Hill Oral Surgery.

A blessing is what the Dr. And his staff are. After 24 yrs service and Army quick fixes to get me back to the mission and several teeth messed up from an accident in the military (where they put no crowns) my teeth were literally falling apart taking my smile with them. The Dr. Gave it back and was more like a friend than a Dr. I would recommend this place any time.

Dr. Piccione removed my wisdom teeth just a few days but from my first appointment he was great. He’s funny and very sweet. You definitely don’t feel awkward or nervous in his presence. He did a wonderful job with me and I would highly recommend!
