I've had the pleasure of calling Rigby Dental my dental home for years! The staff consistently exceed expectations with their warm smiles and kindness. Dr. Evans truly cares about each patient, taking the time to ensure their experience is exceptional. When I needed a last-minute crown check while my husband was in for a cleaning, Dr. Evans generously took a few minutes to verify my bite was perfectly aligned. This dental office truly stands out - I'm thrilled to give them my highest recommendation. Every visit leaves me feeling valued and walk out with a smile! 😊 -Jackie & José

I saw Dr Rigby for years! He's such a nice person and has excellent bedside manner. Minimal pain with dental work. His staff are wonderful and the other dentists are great as well as the hygienist. That being said, I wanted some cosmetic work done on my teeth. Dr Rigby convinced me to do something called 'Chairside Veneers'. He told me they were durable veneers and stain resistant. His office manager upon me agreeing to it and paying confirmed that they were lifetime guaranteed. I spent about $4000 on these. Needless to say I'm not happy. Despite good oral hygiene, they became terribly stained within months. Especially around the edges since they don't go quite to my gums. Also tiny pieces chipped off as well. When I called the office to inquire about the lifetime guarantee they informed me then that they were only guaranteed for 3 years! If I wanted anything done I'd have to re-do them. Had I known this was the case I would have never agreed to this and would have got dentures instead. Now I'm unhappy with my smile again and wasted my time and money. Very very frustrating! I want to advise against these veneers to anyone who might be considering it. You will regret it.

All staff members were welcoming and professional. I confused my time for the appointment and Rigby Dental still accepted me 20 minutes later and provided excellent service. Everyone, including Dr.Chris, explained every test and treatment in detail, answered all of my questions patiently and made sure I understood the why's and how's. I will recommend Rigby Dental to all my friends and neighbors. And I, myself, will return to Rigby Dental for my future dental needs.

Been going here for a few years now, and they’re the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. They usually try to keep you with the same doctor and hygienists which I appreciate, and they’re all incredibly nice and helpful. You can tell that they truly care about your well being, and always do their best to keep you comfortable. They’re also super quick, I went in for a filling once and I think I was in the building for like 30 minutes, most of which was waiting for the numbing to kick in.

Absolutely Amazing! ... Rigby Dental creates a comfortable experience while your dealing with a very uncomfortable situation! With an all friendly knowledgeable staff, assistants and Dr. Rigby D.D.S. himself, (Dentist) Discussing & Consulting sometimes painful and embarrassing topics such as your teet. By the time you walk out of the door, your in a more comfortable state before you entered. Also upon leaving you are more conscious and educated than when you came in! Seemingly without much effort to Dr. Rigby and his conscious and well directed team! I wish I would have found them a lot sooner! Thank you to all @ Rigby Dental! Taking a terrible situation of mine & showing me the light at the end of the tunnel! This is the first time in my life that I've been genuinely excited to go to the Dentist!... I can't wait, I'll be visiting again very soon! Cody Lowry.
