Dr Roan and his team were able to help us with an urgent dental need. They were so kind and did a fantastic job taking care of us! I highly recommend this office for your dental care!

I would give zero stars if possible. I went there to get wisdom teeth extracted, Jason planned on all 4 in one day. He prescribed me Xanax for the procedure, which I took and he then gave me my shots in my gums as per usual. He then proceeded to give me the most traumatic, painful experience I’ve had since I gave birth to my son. It took over 2 hours to break up and rip out my bottom 2 wisdom teeth where I was awake for it, talked me through telling me to resist so he could pull as hard as he could and let me lay there as he tortured me and didn’t even get the other 2 out. I couldn’t eat even semi soft food for over a week, kept prescribing me pain meds, took 80 minutes to remove my stitches HE put in, and today my mouth has not completely healed (the procedure was April 17th 2025 and it’s November 23rd) I have consulted 2 other dentists and they told me what I went through was barbaric and please assure them this guy never touches another persons mouth again. While I would love to take legal action, I don’t have to time or funds to at the moment, but I certainly will if this will cause me further issues in the future. I pray no one has to go through what I did. To top this cake with the cherry, Haley the receptionist assured me they were in network of my insurance, spoiler, they weren’t, I had to pay that whole torturous bill out of pocket. It was horrible for so many reasons, the pain, trauma, looking at his assistants who were totally fine with what was happening, this will go down as the worst dental experiences ever and I’ve had braces, a MARA for my overbite and many teeth cavities filled. Please, for your sake and mine, DO NOT go to him unless you’re an extreme masochist or love to throw your money at someone who needs his license pulled.

Dr. Jason is amazing with kids. He makes them feel so comfortable and safe. My kids love him. His staff is patient and kind. Highly recommend this business.

The entire staff is wonderful. Excellent care. The hygienist Sheila is exceptionally thorough yet gentle, detailed, and gracious. This dental clinic is a real asset to Glendive!

Amazing staff! The dentist and all staff are super friendly and helpful for people nervous at the dentist. Also, they work great with kids!!! 12/10 Recommend
