Risinger orthodontics is the worst!!! They are literally refusing to take my child as a patient despite me having two dental insurance policies that both cover orthodontic work combined at 75% of their charges!!!! They said it too much work for them to file the claims and I should find another provider! Hello!!!! You’re the only orthodontist in town and we have to suffer because it’s too hard for you to file the paperwork! It’s your job to file insurance. If you cant do your job then find another.

It was a wonderful experience at Dr. Reisinger‘s office. Staff is always polite greeted my son always answered our questions. It was a long three years with his braces and Dr. Risinger did such a great job. His teeth are still straight and he has $1million smile Thank you so much
