I had a wonderful first experience with this dental practice! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The entire visit was smooth and comfortable. I’m so glad I found this practice and would highly recommend them!

River Falls is a very good dental office. They have cutting edge technology that makes all the procedures seem quaint. I've had great experience with them with a crown and a partial.

I already know I’m going to get emotional writing this, but this review is for the entire team at River Falls Family Dental. Thank you so much for taking on my dental case and helping me through something that once felt impossible. Yesterday, I had the most teeth extracted that I have ever experienced at one time — five teeth. Those five teeth had caused me so much shame, fear, and pain over the past 10 years. When I first found River Falls, I honestly wasn’t sure what my future would look like, but your team has been patient, kind, compassionate, and absolutely extraordinary to me and my family throughout this journey. The option of IV sedation gave me the courage to finally take steps toward improving my dental health. I received IV sedation yesterday morning for my extractions, and when I became fully lucid later that day, I was amazed that I had not experienced the pain or discomfort I have had with extractions in the past. That alone means more to me than I can explain. I will forever be grateful to this practice, and I will make sure everyone I know understands how amazing your team is. Thank you for helping me improve my health, my confidence, and my smile. I cannot wait to come back for my cleanings and partials!

River Falls family dentistry was absolutely amazing. Dr. Brad listened to my concerns and corrected an issue that had been ongoing for several months. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and kind, friendly services provided. I would recommend to anyone Dr. Brad Frederick DMD

Dr. Brad was absolutely amazing. He made the process of removing my wisdom teeth comfortable and accommodating. He was very patient and kind through the whole experience. Mrs. Kathy was such a joy, as well. She was very understanding and empathetic to my situation and helped me tremendously. I highly recommend this place. All the staff members are top notch. ❤️
