If you can, please go elsewhere for your care. I was seen for severe pain from a broken tooth. Constantly holding cold water on the tooth was the only thing to give me a little relief. At my appointment with River Hills they refused to give me antibiotics even though I had pain and swelling, OBVIOUS signs of infection. The next day my gums were swollen over the tooth. I called River Hills and they refused antibiotics again. I believe they have a habit of giving sub-par care knowing they are one of the few dental offices to accept state assistance in the area. Fortunately, I do not have state insurance and am not reduced to tolerate this low-level care. I can't imagine how many patients are left to suffer because of thier "policy". Shameful!

New patient with a slight fear of these folks....ok, they cause me so much anxiety. The hygienist was awesome and the Doc was even more awesome. Thanks to everyone there who made my experience very pleasant!

Posting on behalf of my sister. Melissa was very rude and made me feel like I wasn’t being heard. Very demeaning and straight up unprofessional and wouldn’t take any of my concerns into consideration. The worst experience ever!

I USE to go to River Hills as my primary dentistry. First off, they never answer their phone or call you back. Now, since I haven't used them in three years I am no longer a patient and they are not accepting any new patients. I live out of town and cannot use them for every little thing. I am upset because I liked my dentist there and how he worked with me to get my smile back. He knew my history and took the time to make plans for the future. Their website is very hypocritical! All these locations and they turn people away. All because of what, money?

Very good experience!
professional and knowledgeable staff. Dr Jones performed my full mouth extraction in two visits , had I known this procedure could be accomplished as efficiently and with minimal pain , I would have contacted him along time ago. Thank you Mr. Jones and staff.
