I appreciate the great dental work I received. I had two fillings and a crown repair done. Dr Cabe was very organized and focused on addressing all three teeth in an efficient and timely manner with very limited discomfort (minimal and far less than I was expecting). Communication was good and just the right amount during the procedures. One of the top dental appointments I’ve had and at my advanced age I’ve had a lot.

Great experience on my first visit. Friendly staffs and helpful at the front desk. Cleanic nice and clean. Glad to meet the Doctor very knowledgeable. I'm very please with the assistant she's very attentive assisting me . The Doctor Process paperworks and all the work s for the oral exam and proceeded. I'm very please. Thank you .

Dr. Bailey and Stella were so helpful and so nice and gentle. The staff is friendly and I was seen within five minutes did not have to wait long at all. The office is very clean and Modern. So glad I found River Valley smile.

Hands down this is the best dentist I have been to! I was using Monarch but their staff is rude and scheduling was aweful. Honestly I didn't expect much difference when I scheduled with River Valley Smile Center, but I am so glad I did. Every single person there was truly just nice and pleasant to be around!

I had a GREAT experience at this office yesterday! From the moment I walked in every staff member was warm and welcoming- from the receptionists to the office manager, hygienist and dentist! They took the time to explain things I had never been told ( and I’m 55!) This clinic is Top Shelf- all the stars and hearts for River Valley Smiles in Fort Smith!
