While the dentist and the hygenists/assistants are great, I would like to write this review to single out Crystal at the front desk. What I appreciate most about Crystal is she has great customer service that is not forced or seem fake. She genuinely wants to help and is organized with her work. We have 5 of our family members as patients at Riverpoint and that means a hectic schedule, however, Crystal always figures things out for me, never has to ask for information twice, and always makes me feel welcome when we are in. I really appreciate her work and her smile every time! Thank you Crystal ❤️

Dentist is more concerned with earning money from out of pocket cosmetic procedures. Will make you feel self conscious about your gapped teeth or slightly crooked teeth. Wanted to ruin perfectly healthy teeth by putting crowns just to close a gap. And insurance won’t cover that because it is cosmetic. Staff treats you weird if you are a Medicaid patient. Had multiple fillings done by him all have failed and fallen out. Was told insurance wouldn’t cover the filling that fell out. Called and spoke with insurance. It is 100% covered because it is not cosmetic they cause me pain. It is a medical necessity to get them fixed. Not a cosmetic fix. It’s a 50/50 shot if the staff member is going to be nice or extremely short. Front desk woman Crystal is extremely rude, condescending and short with patients on the phone and in person. Clearly hates her job. I wouldn’t waist anytime here.. on top of all this you will have an appointment scheduled for two months and they call you they say before saying the dentist is canceling on you. Yet if I cancel ton he new rescheduled appointment I get charged $50. On the days your appointment is rescheduled Or canceled they are always running significantly behind by 30mins plus. Basically have to plan your day around them. Unless you pay out of pocket or have premium insurance this place most definitely is not the place for you. Just sad worked in health care for 12 years 8 as a medical assistant/tech. A nurse for 4 would never treat anyone like this..

Hello I wanted to let you know I'm very afraid of dentist and especially when I have a bad tooth I was extremely surprised when I went to the dentist explained the situation the doctor was very good at being extremely professional made me feel at home despite my fear of Dennis and explain to me what needed to happen including going to an oral surgeon before starting the rest. Not exactly sure why didn't he as well as the people working in the practice I don't know if they sensed how nervous I was or what but they really did a great job keeping me calm and explaining what was going to happen before it happened. Not something that all dentists take the time to do this doctor was extremely patient and answered all of my questions and made me feel at home in any use with what was going to happen. Kind of the first time in my life I didn't leave more stressed out than when I came.

Gresian was my hygienist and it was truly a 10/10 experience! She was incredibly gentle and made the entire cleaning feel so comfortable. She was patient, thorough, and you can tell she really cares about her work and her patients. My teeth felt amazing afterward, probably the best cleaning I’ve had. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming as well. Highly recommend her!

The staff is very nice, I appreciate being able to schedule online and communicate via text. However, I got the impression they are really just in it to make money. My first visit I really just wanted a cleaning but instead I made the mistake of mentioning I hadn't been to the dentist recently so they say I should get a deep cleaning for $200 but I didn't really get an explanation of if it's necessary or a choice so I went ahead and scheduled it. Then they say I should get my old fillings replaced but no reason why and come for cleanings every 3 months. When all was said and done the total was in the thousands and I'm still not sure any of it was really necessary. Then unfortunately, I was called into work last minute which is unfortunately the nature of my job and I was charged a fee for the cancellation which I know is common but I think I probably need to find another place to go with more patient focused care, flexibility and understanding.
