My experience at this office has been nothing short of expectional. From the office staff to Dr. Bird, I leave every visit feeling extremely satisfied and valued as a patient-not a customer. The real winning piece of this place is the dental hygienist, Anna. She is, hands down, the best hygienist I've ever had. Her hands are gentle, even with in-depth cleaning and her use of needles. Additionally, her expertise far exceeds her age and experience in the field. I have yet to stump her with any question I have, and trust me- I have a lot. Anna deserves recognition for her incredible work at this dentist office. Thanks for all your hard work in addition to your fun personality!

Everyone was amazing and personable from check-in to check-out! As a new patient at Rivertown, they made me feel right at home. All the staff, hygienists, and doctors were wonderful!! Such a thorough appointment where everything was explained and left me feeling super well taken care of. Glad I chose Rivertown Dental and would recommend to anyone!

This is by far the best experience I've had at a dentist's office. Everyone genuinely makes me feel like they want me there. For the first time I experienced no pain whatsoever. They were able to get me in immediately to fix a cracked tooth, brand new patient and certainly no appointment. I can't recommend them enough!

An Absolutely Amazing Experience - A Dentist That Feels Like Home!
I cannot say enough good things about Rivertown Dental and Dr. Catherine Cahill. I came in as an emergency patient with a broken tooth, and they were incredibly kind to squeeze me in on short notice.
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The receptionist greeted me at the door with a warm welcome and the seating area is so relaxing it feels like a home. Abby was wonderful, inviting me back and getting me set up with a cozy blanket and a Bluetooth headset—such a thoughtful touch that immediately put me at ease.
Dr. Cahill was absolutely amazing. She is so kind and sweet, and she walked me through every single step before she did it. The most incredible part? I didn't even feel the poke from the needle! She has a magical way of making you feel completely comfortable and cared for.
Thank you, thank you to the entire team at Rivertown Dentistry. You have a patient for life! I highly recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
