⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and made the check-in process so easy. The dental tech was absolutely wonderful—professional, patient, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor was incredibly kind, informative, and gentle. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my 10-year-old son felt at ease. He had such a great experience that I already plan to bring my younger children here as well. It’s clear that everyone in this office truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional dental care and a friendly, compassionate team!

I went to this office unannounced to hopefully meet with Dr. Romero. I was given her name as a good referral. From the minute I walked into the office Shanay and Sam at the front office were very friendly and warm. Dr. Romero did stop what she was doing to come greet me. She was very sweet and I felt comfortable. I made an appointment for an exam. Barbie was my hygienist. She was very gentle and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Romero came in and gave me her professional opinion on my options. My experience in the office was very good. Although I did not schedule the much needed work with this office because I chose to go a different route, I would recommend this office if you are the type of patient that is a bit apprehensive in a dentist chair. Dr. Romero and her team were great.

The entire staff at the Riverwalk Dental group were stellar! It was my first visit there and I felt like I had been going there for years! Everyone there was very friendly, courteous, caring & professional. I was greeted, with a smile, by Shanay, who was cordial, humorous & very helpful in filling out the initial forms. I was then seen by Dr. Bethany Wierzbicki & Shenika, her dental assistant. They were both exceptional! Dr Wierzbicki was extremely pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable & patient. She took her time & explained everything, listened to me & answered all of my questions. Shenika was also very gentle & proficient. I then spoke with Sam, the treatment coordinator, who was warm, kindhearted & well-informed! She took the time to go over & explain the follow-up treatment recommendations, costs & billing options. Many thanks to all of you for making my dental experience comfortable & pleasant! I highly recommend coming here!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but River Walk Dental absolutely deserves one. I woke up needing a crown and expected I’d be waiting days or even weeks to get in, but they somehow got me a same-day appointment. That alone was impressive. Before coming here, I had gone to another dentist who told me I needed a bunch of work done. It just didn’t sit right with me, so I decided to get a second opinion. I’m really glad I did. Dr. Payal Chokshi and the team took the time to go through everything with me, showed me exactly what was going on, explained what actually needed to be done, and why. There was never any pressure or feeling like they were trying to sell me something. It was honest, straightforward, and I really appreciated that. Huge thank you to Shanay, Sam, Shenika, and Dr. Payal Chokshi. Everyone in the office was genuinely friendly and welcoming from the second I walked in. You can tell they enjoy what they do and actually care about their patients. Dr. Chokshi was fantastic throughout the entire procedure. She explained what she was doing as she went, checked on me often, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. That made a big difference because going to the dentist isn’t exactly something most people look forward to. The office was clean, organized, and everything ran on time. It never felt rushed, and I left feeling like I finally found a dental office I can trust. If you’re looking for a dentist in Port St. Lucie, or if you’ve been told you need a lot of dental work and you’re not completely convinced, I’d definitely recommend getting a second opinion from River Walk Dental. They earned a lifelong patient today. Thanks again to Shanay, Sam, Shenika, and Dr. Chokshi for making what I thought was going to be a stressful day such a positive experience.

Reviews are true! After a change in insurance 3 different local dentists did not take new plan. A quick check and Riverwalk accepted my plan AND I didn't have to wait 6 months for a new patient visit. The receptionist ladies were friendly and easygoing. On board with my insurance. That was my main concern. Paid my copayment and good to go. Sheneka was my dental assistant and again very easygoing and friendly. Dr. Romero very pleasant and presented my "dental issues" very clearly and worked up the care plan. One issue was more pressing than the other. Not everything is expected to be done right away which is okay with them. All this AND I had my cleaning the same day!!! Oh yeah, I tried to talk with the doctors finger in my mouth and accidently bit her. How embarrassing! LOL I would definitely recommend Riverwalk on PSL Blvd. Low pressure office. Friendly staff, accepts insurance! Addendum: my husbands first visit was today 2/10. The front office staff will make it break a first impression. These girls are just wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. And it's my second time meeting them. Hubby had half of a deep cleaning procedure and small filling. He's numb but happy that the doctor was gentle, kind and explained what he needed and why. We've been looking for a good dentist and I think we've found her!😀😀😀👍👍👍
