Staff was very pleasant and thorough. Hygienist did a very good job of explaining the why’s and how’s of what she was doing. She was also very mindful of my comfort throughout the process. Dr. Pratt gave a clear and understandable explanation of how things looked overall and work that needs to be done.

I'm extremely nervous about dental work due to my past childhood experience, but Dr Pratt and all of his staff have made me feel safe again. They all are so kind and caring! You can tell it's a good place because it's obvious they all love working there and each other.

We were coming to visit family near Pendleton Oregon from Indiana started getting a severe toothache. Decided to try to find a dentist found Dr. Pratt’s office called. They got me right in and it ended up being a cracked tooth he had to pull It was pretty much painless Dr. Pratt was great. All his staff were great. I would highly recommend.

First time I would not recommend that particular person to do a dental cleaning. I have been going there for years and this was the first time I ever walked out before the cleaning was done.. The hygienist was rude, didn't respect me, a 73 year old woman and I know my rights as a customer. She didn't need to talk to me like I was a child.
