I have been a patient at Robinson Dental for a couple of years, and I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Phillips. She is knowledgeable, professional, and always provides excellent care.
My most recent visit was for a tooth extraction. While I was very pleased with the treatment I received from Dr. Phillips, my experience with the office staff left me disappointed. Prior to my appointment, I had paid my balance through the patient portal and believed my account balance was $0.00. While I understand there may have been an additional charge due that day, this was never clearly communicated during my previous visits or through the multiple text messages I received leading up to the appointment.
After my procedure, while I was still experiencing significant discomfort and had a swollen, throbbing cheek, the primary focus seemed to be on collecting payment rather than ensuring I was comfortable and informed. I explained the situation to the front desk staff, and shortly after leaving the office, I received another call regarding payment arrangements despite already discussing the matter before I left.
I waited a few days before writing this review because I wanted to see if the office followed up with patients after a tooth extraction. Even Urgent Care follows up after a sinus infection visit. Unfortunately, I did not receive a follow-up call to check on my recovery or address any concerns.
Overall, I have great confidence in Dr. Phillips and truly appreciate the care she provides. However, I would like to see improvements in customer service, communication regarding billing expectations, and post-procedure patient follow-up. A little more compassion and communication would go a long way in enhancing the overall patient experience.

The place is beautiful. Facility is well maintained and clean. Seems a little unorganized and overwhelming up front with the office staff and some things shoul already be taken care of BEFORE you are in the dental chair. Dr bedside manner is DEFINITELY left to be desired. Spent 2 seconds with me both visits. Mr. Jason and back of the house team were better and more pleasant to deal with. Kindness is free... everyone should give it away.

I get very bad anxiety going to the dentist because I have had bad experiences in the past. They were so kind, helpful, and made me feel comfortable. I just left an had to have a tooth pulled and everything went great. They made sure to check several times to make sure I was numb before pulling. Would highly recommend them!

The dentist didn't ask if I had any questions after my cleaning so I had several questions for the hygienist and I didn't feel as if my questions were welcomed. Wish they included time for patient questions in the visit to not feel rushed. I'm a fairly new patient due to new insurance so I'll see who else my insurance covers in network.

Dr. Tapia is the most amazing dentist that i ever had the privilege to see. He is so personal and extremely caring. His bedside manner is unexplainable. I appreciate him and all the care his team provided. Not only caring to his patient but the way he treats his staff is amazing! Highly recommended!
