GREAT place. Everyone that I had an encounter with was super nice and helpful. The employees there helped me get the care I needed. Very polite ever step of the way even while working with me to squeeze me in between patients since I had horrible tooth. I plan to continue using them. Very professional wonderful group of people!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with this office. The clinic is very clean and the environment is calming. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Our hygienists, Alliah and Molly, were so thorough and did an amazing job making sure that we were comfortable. I’m so thankful to have found this office and will definitely be returning. 10/10 recommend.

Dr.Grimm and all the staff are top tier! Went above and beyond doing the work of 2 or 3 visits in one. Saved me a lot of time and money. Best dentist I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend!!

Went for the new 3D crown I'd been researching, one visit instead of two and half the cost. I was told I needed three was plesantly surprised I only needed one and a filling. What an amazing experience. Some of the most thoughtful people I've ever met. I came with old baggage of a dentist that left me with PTSD. Trust them painless. Love Grimm & Robinson!

I called to have an appointment setup asap as my daughter was having pain in a tooth and it needed speedy attention. They were too busy to get us in quickly and scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks out which I accepted reluctantly because that was where we went to receive care in the past. The day before the appointment we received a text that says, "Prepare for your appointment on Friday at Robinson Grimm Dental". When we showed up for the appointment they had cancelled our appointment because I did not respond to confirmation texts on days prior. I have never had this happen at any doctor's office, dentist's office, physical therapy, chiropractor, or anywhere else.The front desk worker was unfriendly and didn't seem to care at all about my daughter's situation. I was very upset because all the hoops I had to jump through of getting my daughter out of school, taking off work, etc. I could understand if we missed appointments before but that was not the case. I was under the impression when you book an appointment, that is your confirmation as is the case anywhere else I have been. This is poor practice and not customer friendly especially in this case when someone needs quick attention and it's already been delayed. Fortunately I was able to reach out to another local dentist office who we had never been to before and they got us in, did a cleaning, and fixed the cavity all on that same day on short notice with no appointment. If you're in need of urgent care I recommend you steer away from Robinson Grimm. I had talked myself out of leaving a bad review until I received a letter in the mail telling me it would be in my best interest to seek another dental office for future treatment. I had already found my new dentist office that same day anyway when I was forced out the door by the cancelled appointment.
