This was my first visit, the evaluation for a more demanding extraction.
Although the actual extraction is not until a few days away, here is my first impression.
I was early and lucky to be taken early. The staff is outstanding.
From the X-rays to the interview by the assistant, I felt immediately relieved.
Total professionalism, extreme personal care and very friendly.
The doctor told me about the procedure and asked if I had any questions. No, he had explained it thoroughly.
Last a visit with the charming scheduler.
She really tried to make me happy with the perfect date and time for the extraction.
The place is on the ground floor, no stairs, easy handicap access ♿.
A very pleasant waiting room with comfortable seating.
Adequate parking for all.
I expect the actual procedure to go well. How could it not in a place where everything is built around the comfort of the patient.
Five stars all the way.

Short wait times, multiple locations.
Clear, honest, patient, and genuinely easy to talk to. Even with thr nerdy, distracted, chaotic way I communicate, they kept me on course without any frustration. I felt respected and actually listened to. Everyone was professional with a great sense of humor. Even making difficult decisions was less overwhelming.
Highly appreciated and I highly recommend!

Excellent experience of all administrative and medical staff. This practice will not be able to take Medicaid after 7/15. So, they squeezed our daughter in, shifting around her scheduling need. Her wisdom teeth extraction went without complications—so thankful. Now, on to recovery (we already had to make one quick phone call to check on a symptom—they called right back, reassured us, and communicated again that they are available any time for any follow up phone calls).

Wonderful staff, great people. Very nice and helped me understand everthing perfectly. Highly recomend. 5 Star for sure, but, please get some diffrent chairs for waiting room. My Mother was uncomfortable, being my driver and all. Sorry, was best experience dental wise, just better seating. Thank you Rockcliff ( :

I Highly recommend Rockcliff Oral Surgery. As a Pediatric Dentist in Asheville, I not only trust them with my patients, I trust them with my family! I have had great experiences with ALL the doctors! Dr. Consky took out my daughters wisdom teeth and did a fabulous job!
