Excellent experience. Treatment plan was explained clearly. Costs were definitely lower than expected. Dr Hayes has a great bedside manner.. the staff are professional , but genuinely warm. The next step it's extraction I'm very confident that will go just as well

All staff members, that we had the pleasure of speaking with, were friendly and efficient. The surgery itself was surprisingly quick and they went over everything several times and were ready for any questions I might have about post-op care. The after hours 24/7 ability to reach someone incase everything isn’t going well is such a relief too!

I had a fantastic experience at Rockcliff in Sylva! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and professional. I was incredibly nervous about my procedure, but Dr. Hayes and the entire surgical team were amazing at calming my nerves and explaining everything clearly. The office itself is clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The procedure was quick, efficient, and much more comfortable than I expected. If you're looking for expert oral surgery or dental implants in Western NC, I highly recommend this team for their compassionate and high-quality care!"

Professional Staff. Excellent Doctor. Through and precise. The visit was welcoming. Each step, each procedure was well explained and completed. Got the job done and I am/was very pleased. Thank you for the help even in the parking lot. Candace, Brooke, Morgan and a slew of other nameless team players got the job done. I especially appreciate the care I received as a Veteran. Not unnoticed or unappreciated. Open doors and care for Veterans is hard to find sometimes. Kudos. And Bravo Zulu. Job well done.

My procedure today - extraction of a major molar - went very well. Had prayed for that success and other with me. But I have to say - it went so smoothly that I didn’t really realize the tooth was even out and the procedure complete when it was. Ha. Now that’s a first. Staff very helpful and professional. The dentist himself - inspired confidence, communicated all he was doing and what to expect “feeling wise”, exercised considerable strength to complete all, and later, called to ensure I was doing well. I was impressed and very thankful. Thanks all.
