This was my first visit in quite some time, and I had a great experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming—Maria was especially friendly and made me feel at ease right away. Jesse was knowledgeable, professional, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout my cleaning. I truly appreciate the care and attention from the team. Bonus, They also have an office dog which I love!

Dr Li and team are amazing. Dr Li is extremely thorough, kind and puts you at ease. She’s great and the rest of the staff at the office are wonderful. I’m really glad I chose this practice since there are practices out there who try to sell you services but here I felt like my needs were answered with expertise and patient care first before anything else.

As a nervous dental patient, I’ve had nothing but good experiences here for the last several years. I most recently saw Dr. Korman and really liked her personable but direct approach. Front desk staff are lovely too.

When I went to get a small shallow filling done, Dr. Korman unnecessarily inserted a huge needle up to my eye twice. She went on despite me telling her about my pain and discomfort. I also had another traumatic experience getting a crown here which was unlike any other crowns I had get done in other dentists. I experienced abnormally severe pain and when I returned she was dismissive and cold, telling me that this was normal. They also take enough film xrays to fill a picture book every time I come in for an appointment and they do not tell me the reason for any of them. Taking xrays when I came in for a referral. The receptionist I encountered was also very rude and manipulative. I saw 3 female dentists and they were terrible. The only dentist I would recommend if you had to come to this place is Dr Jianming Duan. I hope this review helps people avoid the experience I had.

Do not recommend. If you like your time valued, and don’t like being upsold, go elsewhere. Specific issues: came in for a deep clean, told I had tooth cracks. Fine. Dentists said on session 1 she didn’t have time to do full deep cleans in one go, only did half side. Apparently I had to come back again. I scheduled another session, when I came back, they said I needed a third appointment to fill in tooth cracks, because, again they didn’t have time. I had specifically asked if this was all going to be done at once when booking appointment 2, and was assured at reception it would be. Note the tooth cleaning portion only took 10 mins, the main time was taken with anasthesia and x rays each time, so I don’t agree they didn’t have time. If they had been more efficient it would all have been done in one session. I was left with the impression they wanted to bill my insurance multiple times by having me come multiple times. My time is valuable, I also don’t like having to take off work unnecessarily. They also kept trying to upsell me on retainers (though I repeatedly mentioned I had one already). And they unilaterally booked a time slot and tried to charge me to cancel. None of the actual dentists are the ones they have on the hallway, though that’s a minor point.
