I have been a patient of Dr. Richard Leong for many years, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care he provides. He is consistently personable, reliable, and genuinely caring. Over the years, he has graciously fit me in during dental emergencies, always responding with calm professionalism and reassurance when it mattered most.
Dr. Leong takes the time to explain procedures clearly and encourages me to take the very best care of my teeth. His approach is both proactive and compassionate — he treats prevention as a partnership and ensures I feel informed and respected in every decision.
Dentistry is not always something people look forward to, yet Dr. Leong carries out his work with remarkable dignity and dedication. He understands the vulnerability patients may feel and meets it with patience, kindness, and steady expertise. His skill and calm demeanor create an atmosphere of trust and confidence.
He is also supported by a truly wonderful staff. From the front desk to the hygienists and assistants, the team is welcoming, efficient, and consistently professional. They reflect Dr. Leong’s standard of care and make every visit as comfortable and seamless as possible.
I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Leong to anyone seeking excellent dental care delivered with professionalism, respect, and genuine compassion.

Staff listened to my needs. Was super friendly. Did not judge on condition of my teeth. Walked me through what they thought would be best moving forward. Took time to assess my needs and answer my questions. Looking forward to working with them to fix my teeth, smile and oral health. The doctor was very informative and gives the best advice for what the needs of the patient are.

About Rogue Dental
Rogue Dental is a family dental practice at 115 West Stewart Avenue, Suite 101 in Medford, Oregon. The practice first opened in 1987 inside the Rogue Valley Mall and moved to its current location in 1998, and it describes itself as a provider of cosmetic, preventative, general and specialized dental services to patients in Medford and the surrounding areas. Services listed on the practice's website include general dentistry, preventative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, dental crowns and bridgework, dentures and partials, teeth grinding relief, and dental implants. The office serves patients from Jackson, Josephine and Klamath counties, including Central Point, Eagle Point, Jacksonville, White City, Rogue River, Grants Pass, Talent, Phoenix, Ashland and Klamath Falls.
For patients with missing teeth, Rogue Dental describes dental implants as a secure and lasting replacement option. Each implant consists of an artificial root, a post made of a biocompatible material such as titanium, and a crown, and a few implant posts can also be used to secure a bridge, partial or denture. The practice also explains implant-retained partials, which snap onto as few as two implants for greater stability than traditional removable partials while remaining more affordable than replacing every missing tooth with an individual implant. The practice notes that implants require no adhesives, suction or clasps and help preserve jaw bone. Rogue Dental also offers an in-house Rogue Dental Plan for patients, and the office is open Monday through Wednesday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and Thursday from 8:00am to 3:30pm or by appointment.
Meet the Doctors
Rogue Dental is led by Dr. Richard Leong, D.D.S., who has been providing dental care to Rogue Valley families for over 30 years. He graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and returned to the Rogue Valley, where he spent most of his childhood. Dr. Leong is the only dentist listed on the practice's team page and is supported by a team that includes an expanded functions dental assistant, a registered dental hygienist, a dental assistant, and front office staff.
