I recently had to have an emergency root canal performed. The entire staff were FANTASTIC from the receptionist who was able to get me seen on literally no notice to Dr. Shiver himself and everybody behind the scenes. I completely trust Dr. Shiver and his entire staff for all of my dental care. Highly recommend Dr. Shiver and thanks

I am kinda disappointed. I went to this office twice and both times I was charged different amounts. The second time I noticed the charge was different for the same procedure and I asked one of the ladies up front was this like a copay or something cause it was different she said yes. They don鈥檛 explain what they鈥檙e charging you for and if you overpaid they will not let you know apparently it is added to your account for your next visit but then again how would they know I was going to keep them as my dentist office. I did now know I over paid until months and months later when I reviewed my insurance claim and noticed an overpayment. I reached out in Nov to clear it up and was advised a check would be sent to me. Now this is the end of December and I called again to get an update to my surprise the check was never written. This is poor communication. Why am I fighting with shiver dental to get MY MONEY back? The lady on the phone stated he does not have time to write checks out and that鈥檚 crazy show how much he values other people money.

I wish I had NEVER came here for dental work. I had absolutely NO dental pain going in. I allowed them to give me fillings and my teeth have NEVER been the same since. OVER a year later and the teeth they gave fillings to are STILL sensitive to hot and cold beverages/foods. I should have known something was up when a dental assistant reacted super shock that my teeth were STILL super sensitive, weeks after my procedure. The dentist just simply told her "Yes, sometimes." That was well over a year ago. If you're a person of color GO ELSEWHERE!!! Find you a dentist office that's in your network, ELSEWHERE. They will purposely mess your teeth up here while smiling and laughing in your face.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Shivers over 30 years. I absolutely have never had anything but excellent care. From the entire staff. Cleanings, fillings, crowns, I have had all those procedures done with not one problem. I highly recommend Dr. Shiver and his entire staff. If you need dental care contact this office. They are truly amazing and caring.

This was the most pleasant dental experience I've ever had! So very pleased! My second visit was just as pleasant as the first one. I am so glad I chose Dr Shiver. He is so nice and caring and gentle! Today I got a new crown. I am so very pleased. It was a very easy and painless procedure from start to finish and and I left the office with a beautiful new crown! I highly recommend Dr. Shiver for your dental needs. He and his entire staff are wonderful and very friendly! Today I I prepped for a bridge which included getting prepped for two crowns. I experienced absolutely no pain whatsoever! Absolutely amazing. Dr Shiver is wonderful. The best dentist I have ever been too. He is so gentle and caring. I highly recommend him! His staff is very friendly and pleasant as well. Just an excellent practice in every way! My appointment today turned out just perfect! I am so very pleased. I highly recommend Dr. Shiver. He and his staff are simply the best!馃槉 Today was a very pleasant dental experience. Beautiful dental work and Lovely smile! Very pleased and all with no pain!!! He is the best and his staff is top notch, so friendly! Today I completed my bridge and it turned out perfect! Everything looks exactly like my original teeth and they feel the same too! I couldn't be happier!!! Dr. Shiver is amazing and his staff is so great too. It has all been such a pleasant and amazing experience. I highly recommend him.
