I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this dentist’s office. They repeatedly told me (on three separate occasions) that they would handle my procedure through my insurance, but they never followed through. Because of their negligence, I ended up having to pay the full amount out of pocket. To make things worse, I later received an additional bill from the lab office.
Their communication is extremely poor — they don’t call back, they don’t send referrals to the insurance as promised, and they leave you to deal with the mess. On top of that, they try to push procedures even when they admit they cannot guarantee 100% results, which makes it feel more like a business transaction than patient care.
This level of unprofessionalism has caused me unnecessary stress and financial burden. I would strongly caution anyone considering this office to be very careful with billing and insurance matters before agreeing to any procedures.

Root Dental was a very good experience for me. My first visit was speedy, friendly and informative. Looking forward to return for my well explained procedure and follow up post op visit.

My treatment at ROOT goes back a few years, so my perspective is seasoned. When you find a professional dental firm that is consistently on top of its mission, from the moment you arrive to the time that you depart, and it is the whole team that reflect that performance quality, then what more can one say? I’m a happy camper!

Root has a highly trained and caring staff. Procedures use leading technology and are very effective. My dental hygienist, Karen, is outstanding.

have had one of the best experiences at Dr. Patel's office. He works very diligently and he is very good with his hands. I felt completely at ease when my tooth was extracted and my surgery was over before I knew it. His is extremely talented and he truly cares about his patients, he even called me in the evening to see how I was doing after my surgery. The assistants and the front office staff are professional and are the friendliest I have ever seen. I could not imagine anyone going anywhere else. I recommend Dr. Patel at ROOT to everyone!
