Excellent work, professional and personable. I walk in and the receptionist always knows my name and when leaving the person checking me out know my name and able to hold a conversation as I’m being checked out. The dental hygienist was very nice as well. I always enjoy going to Rose Dental.

My crown fell out last night, and when I called Rose Dental in Roundrock this morning, they were wonderful and got me in at 11:00. I needed a new crown and they did a great job making the temporary crown and making sure it fit well before I left. Gavin even called to check on me and let me know that there was an earlier appointment if I wanted it. We have been going to Rose Dental for quite a few years now and are very satisfied with everything we have had done with our teeth.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental clinic, not because of the clinical care, but due to serious administrative incompetence and unprofessional behavior. The clinic submitted my insurance claims incorrectly and did not realize the error until later. They did not realize the mistake even after insurance paid them and realized it three weeks after the claims submission. As a result, I am now only 10 days from the end of the benefit year and unable to use my remaining dental benefits, since the correct claims have not been resubmitted. This delay has effectively cost me benefits that I paid for and should have been able to use. What made the situation worse was the rude and dismissive behavior of the treatment coordinator (I think her name is Jera) and her subordinate, Lauren. Instead of taking accountability or offering solutions, their communication was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. This added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation. Insurance handling is a critical part of patient care. Poor claim management and disrespectful staff interactions are unacceptable, especially when they directly impact a patient’s financial and healthcare decisions. I would strongly caution others to double-check every insurance submission from this office and be prepared to advocate for yourself.

My dental visit was on time and very straightforward. Monica, as usual, performed splendidly and answered all of my questions. I have been a Rose Dental customer for more than twenty years and they are simply outstanding.

Had to have emergency services here at few weeks ago and they were absolutely amazing!!! Took such good care of me & in a timely manner as well! Definitely my new home for all my dental needs!! Thank you Rose Dental!
