Dentist, periodontist, orthodontist - although not all created equal the one thing they have in common are their hands in your mouth. So it’s very important they are exceptional at what they do and have the staff to put you at ease while your cheeks are being stretched in all directions. I can honestly say Rosewood Periodontics in Albany is exceptional. From the moment you walk in Pam greets you with a friendly smile as if she’s known you forever, then Shatan steps in and takes you back and hangs out with you as you settle in for what you know is about to be uncomfortable. But that is what’s surprising, it’s not uncomfortable. Dr Halaweh is gentle, and checks in often while Shatan makes sure you don’t have drool sliding down your chin. They are a great team and what I thought would be an icky experience turned out to be not so bad at all. This office is exceptional at what they do. I highly recommend.

The staff was super friendly and informative. The office was very clean and welcoming. Dr. Halaweh took the time to explain the procedure. He did not make me feel pressured and allowed all of my questions. Very strong chair side manner.

Dr. Halaweh has been nothing but the best dentist. I've had anxiety going to the dentist and he and his staff have made it so pleasant and nonstressful. I highly recommend going to him.
