I as a new patient and everyone seem to be very friendly and spoke in detail of everything that had to be taken care of. Each time that I went I had to pay whatever my insurance didn’t cover, which was expected and I had no problem with that although it was always $200 or more. That was fine because I had the money. Finally my last visit came about and once more I had to pay my part and as I wrote them a check I said ok is this it then? Am I all paid up? The receptionist said thsts it was all paid up and I replied I surely hope so because I’ve paid over $2000 now. Two months later they’re asking me for another $562. I do not have it now but I will once I get my tax refund. That’s what burns my button. Don’t like credit agencies either.

As usual I had a good experience with Ruopp Family Dentistry. The Tech Kristen did a good job cleaning & checking my teeth. She is very pleasant and finished in a timely manner. The Dentist, Janet checked my teeth after the cleaning & also was very pleasant.

As always, my visit with R & R was excellent! Brittany was so professional and kind, as she always is, and Dr. Baker is an extremely pleasant dentist. Brittany & Doc B are the very finest.

Best Dental Place hands down, Kristen the tech is amazing she goes above and beyond super sweet/fun G.O.A.T. Anyone looking for a dental place I recommend this location.
