Hands down, the best dental office around! Dr. Rushi Panchal treats every patient with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. He is highly professional, takes the time to ensure you're comfortable, and consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care. The entire staff is equally welcoming and friendly, creating an environment where you immediately feel at ease. If you're looking for a dental office that truly feels like home, this is the place. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking outstanding dental care!

I am disappointed with my experience regarding a dental implant procedure that was coordinated between the Kerman and Hanford offices. I was originally told that the implant procedure would be completed in Kerman and that I only needed to visit the Hanford office for a CT scan. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that the procedure would actually need to be performed in Hanford. Unfortunately, I was never contacted beforehand about this change, which resulted in multiple hour-long trips that I had not anticipated. During the treatment process, a surgical guide had to be remade after it did not fit properly, requiring an additional appointment. At a later appointment, the implant procedure could not be completed and I was told that a specialist would be consulted and that I would be contacted regarding the next steps. I never received that follow-up communication and eventually learned of the referral through the Kerman office. After being referred to a specialist, I was informed that additional costs would be required for another CT scan and consultation. Due to the uncertainty of whether the procedure could ultimately be completed and the additional expenses involved, I decided not to proceed. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication throughout the process. I made multiple trips, the implant was never placed, and after sending a written request to discuss a refund for the unused surgical guide, I never received a response. I do want to say that Dr. Panchal was always kind, professional, and courteous during my appointments. My review is not based on his demeanor or how he treated me personally. Unfortunately, the overall experience, communication issues, and final outcome were disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.

So glad I chose Dr. Panchal for recent dental work. The office staff were all super friendly and efficient. There was no wait and the office was clean and welcoming. Dr. Panchal was thorough and made me feel comfortable. He also found some other issues that I wasn’t being seen for which was impressive. I look forward to future visits and would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Great experience at Rushi Panchal DDS Dental Care. Dr. Panchal and the staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The office is clean, organized, and everything was explained clearly. Highly recommend!

I always have a wonderful experience at Dr. Rushi Panchal"s dental office! From the warm welcome by Brandi to my excellent cleaning with Marin and Dr. Pachalʻs thorough exam, everyone treats you with kindness and genuine care. The office is beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing, and the background music creates a calm atmosphere. Itʻs amazing to find a dental practice that makes one feel so welcome. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding care.
