I went in today for filling cause i got holes and infections. They did one side of my mouth today. Before they start i ask the nurse if they was using needle cause im scared of em dont do good with me she said yes but we gonna numb its first with gel its will only feel like a pinch. Well its did not feel like a pinch its hurt really bad i scream and cried the doctor was very rude while in pain he said there no reason to do that ! He was very rude. Im supposed to go back to do my other side i dont think i will be going back! No reason to be rude because one of ur patients are in pain and told ur nurse you dont like needles !!

I saw Dr. Kitchens twice. The first time was a panoramic X-ray and maybe 1 minute of him in the room with me telling me we need to schedule a cleaning. I had called telling them I need work done. I KNOW I have a cavity. I paid $172 that day. The next time I came in, expecting a cleaning. They did the double side bite X-ray and the dentist told me I’m going to need to do $1000 worth of work. I had to pay another $100 for the bite X-rays. I’ve now been requesting my X-rays, which I have a legal right to a copy and they have not done it yet. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. He spoke down to me like I’m an idiot. His front desk lady is just as rude and condescending as he is. His dental hygienist was lovely!

I took my son there and he’s 17 he had an abscess & was screaming in pain. Dr. Kitchens has an attitude from hell. Would not explain anything to me or give us choices. Would not give my son anything for pain. His nurses are nice but that’s about it. First appointment was the last and we now see someone else much nicer and speaks with us. I don’t think he cares about anyone but himself. I only gave one star for the nurses who apologized a lot. They need to find a new dentist to work for.

Dentist was 30 min late. They don't care if you are in pain and really don't care if you have anxiety issues. First visit and last. Way more tooth pain after work was completed. A complete waste of money and time. Highly recommend using someone else.

Could feel what was wrong with my tooth with my tongue so it is tough for me to believe it wasn't viewable. Xray, 1 minute exam, $162.50. Two days later painful tooth feels like it has a big split while I was in Florida. Made visit with family there pretty awful.
