Dr. Russo and his team went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests for my new smile. They provided me with a detailed step-by-step guide on what to expect throughout the process. An acquaintance of mine had the most beautiful smile, and when I complimented her, she kindly suggested that I visit this clinic. I knew instantly that this was the place I wanted to go for my veneers and smile makeover. I would return here countless times and now have a beautiful smile to show for all their hard work!

To be honest very great care since I walked in and started the process can’t wait to see my smile at the end. Thank you Katie for being the sweetest and most talkative dental hygienist of my life love that about you please don’t ever change my anxiety literally was super low when I left the office today because she took her time and explained everything even gave me some great tips can’t wait to go back and finish the process.

Recommend by my co-worker and so glad I came in. Dr. Russo and staff are amazing. They provided a comprehensive examination and were conscientious of fear of the dentist. They explained all of their recommendations clearly and in detail. I would suggest them to anyone that has had a negative dental experience.

I recently relocated to North Carolina was seeking a reliable dentist for a routine cleaning. Previously, I underwent a total smile makeover with Dr. Andrew Ballard, a renowned cosmetic dentist in Arizona, who delivered exceptional results. I discovered Dr. Russo online and decided to give him a try. During the initial consultation, a panoramic photo was taken, and Dr. Russo promptly pointed out potential issues, stating that certain teeth were likely to break off and that my back teeth would eventually fail. I found this approach to be somewhat unsettling, as Dr. Ballard, who performed my smile makeover, is highly skilled and meticulous in his work, Not to mention he’s a GENIUS!!! It seemed that Dr. Russo was focusing on identifying problems rather than simply performing the cleaning. I can confidently attest that my veneers and crowns, which were only six months old, were in excellent condition, and I had no pre-existing issues. I felt that Dr. Russo's criticism of Dr. Ballard's work and his misdiagnosis were unprofessional. As someone who has undergone extensive dental reconstruction and orthodontic treatment, I was looking forward to enjoying my new smile. Dr. Russo's unsolicited opinions were not only unwelcome but also upsetting. I question his motives, as it appeared that he was more interested in identifying potential problems to generate additional revenue rather than prioritizing my dental health. Furthermore, as a person who went through a full smile make over I can not emphasize enough to do your research- you should not be limited to work exclusively with his in-house ceramist, this is a huge investment and you should be able to work with any ceramist of your choice to deign your perfect smile!!!Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Russo. He’s RUDE and has no bedside manner!!!!!

Katie and Dr. Russo were fantastic! They counseled me through my situation and all options I have. The office and staff are also very conducive for those who don’t particularly enjoy the dentist. I would highly recommend Dr. Russo and his team!
