I had a great experience at Dr Walkers. I had not been in a long time and I was nervous. The visit was easy but thorough! The hygienist was great! My teeth feel terrific! I liked that Dr Walker was not n hurry. He answered all my questions and didn’t try to oversell me on things I didn’t need. Will recommend to all my friends.

Amazing service and staff! I had a small dental emergency one evening and they got me in the next day, even as a new patient. The visit was quick, tooth repaired, and the dentist called me later that night to check in and make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough amazing things about my dentist and the entire team! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine kindness and professionalism that immediately puts you at ease. The office is spotless, modern, and runs so smoothly ,you can tell they truly care about every patient experience. My dentist goes above and beyond every single visit. They take the time to explain everything in detail, make sure I’m comfortable, and the quality of their work is simply unmatched.

Dr. Walker is great. His office staff are all very friendly and professional. I have never had a long wait when I got to my appointment. I have to give a shout out to his dental hygienist Christina, she is absolutely the best. She is so kind and thorough. I have very sensitive teeth and they accommodate me so well. Very highly recommend!

As a new patient, I was very apprehensive. It could not have been a more positive experience! Dr Walker & his staff were all so friendly & really listened to me. It was a thorough exam with X-rays (regular & cone), cancer screening, & cleaning. I truly had a pain-free experience & highly recommend this office for dental needs.

Ryan A Walker DDS is a hometown dental practice located at 1092 Valhi Boulevard in Houma, Louisiana, on Valhi Boulevard at the corner of Lochwood Drive, just a block east of South Hollywood Road, in an Old French Acadian-style building built in 2020. Dr. Walker comes from a family that has been in Houma for five generations, and he describes caring for locals as looking after longtime friends and neighbors. The office provides a wide range of care under one roof, including preventive dentistry, gum disease treatment, restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, sedation dentistry, emergency dentistry, wisdom teeth removal, and jaw joint therapy for headaches and jaw pain.
For patients with missing teeth, the practice offers dental implant treatment for a single tooth, multiple teeth, or a full smile. A single missing tooth can be replaced with one implant post and a customized crown, multiple missing teeth can be restored with implant posts supporting a customized bridge, and patients missing all of their teeth can receive implant dentures secured by between four and six dental implants. Implants can also hold a fixed dental bridge that replaces an entire arch of teeth. The team notes that dental anxiety affects many patients, and sedation options are always offered to create calmer, more comfortable visits. The practice is led by Dr. Ryan A. Walker, Doctor of Dental Surgery.
