I would like to provide a review of Dr. Stephanie Sandretti and Smile Designs. On 6/17/26 I had AOX surgery. Let me just say, from the beginning introduction I was completely impressed with Smile Designs. All of the wonderful staff are helpful, friendly, kind and very knowledgeable about the AOX. Dr. Sandretti explained everything to me thoroughly. I only had my upper teeth arc implanted, but the process, so far, has been seamless and, more importantly...painless. My upper arc will be an "All on 6." I am currently wearing my temporary set, but they are comfortable and feel very natural. I also wish to acknowledge Dr. Dale Alto my dental surgeon who pulled 11 teeth painlessly. They were then replaced with Dr. Sandretti's temporary beautiful teeth she created with Helen who is a very skilled teeth artist on the same day. Very awesome experience! So much happier with my smile too. They were a terrific team of dental experts.

I received a crown from Dr. Sandratti back in 2017, and nine years later it’s still going strong. Recently, I returned to have two additional crowns placed next to each other. Dr. Sandratti did an excellent job designing them to fit perfectly together, completely closing the gap, no more food getting stuck. I’m extremely happy with the quality of care and results. The staff is also knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Sandretti and her team are amazing! I can't say enough about the trigger point injections for my jaw pain. It relaxes not only my jaw but my whole neck and shoulders. You will be blessed if you go here for your dental needs. Plus she is always learning the latest technology and implementing them in her practice. Thank you Doctor!

Dr. sandretti suggested crowns for my four front teeth because of old laments and flared teeth. I am a horrible dental patient and she put me under. It was one of the best experiences I have had at the dentist and my teeth look beautiful. The office staff and assistants were remarkable too. They made me feel special. Would highly recommend this dental practice to everyone especially with people like me who are difficult to work on.

I needed a crown replacement and had a lot of anxiety about the process and what they may find. I met with Dr. Tiffany and she guided me through the steps and possibilities, with care and empathy. She listened patiently not rushing me to make a decision. Dr Tiffany made the entire process understandable and comfortable for me. I absolutely recommend her for your dental needs. I am so grateful I was introduced to her at Sacramento Smile Designs. Thank you, Dr. Tiffany for taking such good care of me!
I would also like to give a shout out to Amy at the front desk—she listened and answered my many questions and concerns and coordinated the consult with Dr. Tiffany. I truly felt heard and understood! Thank you for your kindness!
