Dr. Shaw, Dr, Heir, Corky, Shelly, Sarah, and Ivonne. I just wanted to sincerely thank all of you at the Sacramento Surgical Arts office for the incredible care and kindness you showed me, my son, and my sister during such a stressful emergency. From the moment we arrived, you treated us with so much compassion, patience, and professionalism. You all went above and beyond to make sure my son was taken care of and that we were comfortable and okay through the whole situation.
Your customer service was truly the best I’ve ever experienced, and it meant more to us than you know. Thank you for being so supportive, understanding, and caring during a difficult time! We are so grateful for each of you and everything you did for our family! ❤️

I had an excellent experience with Sacramento Surgical Arts. I had an infected wisdom tooth that I was told needed to be pulled. Sacramento Surgical Arts was able to get me into their office quickly and gave me a thorough and clear assessment of my tooth and my options. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Sarawagi was the best. She comes across with an excellent blend of confidence and care. I felt informed, comfortable, and confident while getting treatment. I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled. It took a while for the bottom one, but all went well. I had a follow up appointment 7 days later, and as communicated, I was mostly back to normal on day 10. They made this experience as good as it could be. This is the place I will go if/when I need another dental surgical procedure.

This was a new to me experience. Very modern reception and lobby area. Staff was friendly even when giving additional paperwork. I was roomed in a delightful area and they began quickly. I am not good with anesthesia so I was prepared with the secret hand signals. Had to get help about halfway through and danced at the gates of hell. Once that was addressed my fabulous doctor finished. I was given my marching orders and sent along my way. Would I recommend? I guess if you have to get it done then go here. I would go back if they made me

Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had in a medical office. I am extremely afraid of dental work and have nothing but bad experiences with doctors and anesthesia. Every single person here was kind, understanding, patient with me, professional and thoroughly addressed my fears and options. I was extremely impressed and will highly recommend this place to everyone I know. Also, I have a history of having bad reactions to anesthesia and I went to sleep easily and woke up perfectly fine and have felt fine ever since I left. The surgeon was very knowledgeable and quick. I can't thank them enough. Thank you Dr.shaw, Taylor and Stacy for making a miserable scary experience for me turn into a walk in the park.

Very unhelpful will not point you in a direction that will help you. They just stare at you like you know there job. Very annoyed that I said I wanted to find a place that didnt have a 288 dollar fee and would accept my insurance. I did find someone that could help me without paying almost 300 up front. They take advantage of people and they will not accept medical at all not even work with them on the billing. I had medical call them and they even told me its a fishy place. This is a horrible hustle on there part taking advantage of people that possibly could have cancer and want to be checked out. I say save your money and go to your primary or find a doctor that will see you and evaluate you and send you in the right direction. These guys will not. They want your money they do not care about you. They couldn't even pretend to care for there patience. They will give you a website that they say could help that will most likely deny you. They just want you running in circles to make you feel like they are the only option. But they are not. Dont let them full you. Very bad business. Didn't even get a chance to see the doctor. Hes probably horrible too like the other reviews have said. Stay away, save your money, dont waist your time.
