Our family has been very satisfied patients of Dr Juan Carlos Sagawa’s practice for a long time, and today we had an out of state family member with an emergency who also needed care. Juan Carlos and team were amazing - compassionate, super responsive, explained options clearly, and provided excellent care to my loved one, who is relieved to have received care like this. I’m so grateful to have access to this kind of quality care.

My 1st visit went very well. Taking X-rays and pics was a breeze and Dr. Sagawa and his staff were extremely kind and helpful. Made the whole visit easy.

My experience with Dr. Sagawa, all his staff and the hygienist have been outstanding! They are patient, caring, attentive, and wonderful people. The administrative and finance staff are kind and terrific! I feel fortunate that I have them supporting my teeth health! Thank you!

After having the same hygienist for a … decade? Longer? Anyway, I was a little nervous about having someone new. My new hygienist, Tonya, was excellent. She had clearly read my file and had a few clarifying questions and good suggestions. I am grateful the Sagawa office continues to have quality people.

I have been with this practice for many years and have received exceptional, compassionate and professional care consistently. I saw Tanya, “my hygienist” again and received her usual standard of excellent care. It was a bonus to have new comfy dental chairs….who knew that was possible :)
