I would love to say, before I decided to go with Sage in NJ, I did a lot of research and also went to other places first for a consultation. Sage Dental was not pushy, they didn’t try to upsell anything and were extremely nice and upfront about the length of the procedure AND the pricing and no hidden add on fees from start to finish! The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. My full experience in working with them was very pleasant, always. I had the BTAD done. I was put to sleep and when I woke up, I had a beautiful mouth of teeth, and these were ONLY the tempories! Everything went accordingly to their times, days, appointments, everything. My permanent ones came back even a bit earlier than what was promised. I highly recommend you disregard these few negative comments I see some people have left. These other people obviously had their very own issues that had nothing to do with Sage Dental in general ! I highly highly recommend anything you’d like or need to have done to go see Dr Avi. As he’s the best and he extremely a nice down to earth man!! I promise you will not be disappointed!!

I think Dr. Israeli is a good Doctor and passionate about his work. He gave me time to ask questions and speak whenever we got the chance to talk and I appreciated it. There was also one aid that gave me great advice and was always helpful I don’t remember her name. That being said my experience at sage dental was the worst medical experience I’ve had in my life. Getting my old tooth out and trying to get the screw/implant in my mouth took about 2 hours and 10 needles and they were unsuccessful (I do not blame them because I had an infection in the bone and the Dr. tried all he could), but it left me a mess. As I was done I was dripping blood out of my mouth barely able to open my eyes when one of the aids says, “I want whatever drugs you took for this.” To clarify I was sober just in extreme pain from the 10 needles and 2 hours of work. Then my face puffed up so bad i couldn’t open my mouth for days. It was extremely difficult to brush my teeth and I got an infection. I went back days later and another Dr. tried to say it was my fault because I didn’t finish my prescription (it was a 10 day prescription and it was only about 5 days later I had to go back because of the pain.). That’s when the aid gave me some solid advice that helped a lot. When I went back for a follow up I waited in the lobby for 1 hour then went to the front desk to wonder what was going on. Their first recommendation was that I should reschedule. I waited another 15 minutes before getting in and was late for work. The final straw was when they told me I owed them $2,000 for work that hadn’t been done yet. Prior to that I was paying for whatever they did to me that day. They told me that’s not how they plan works and they were right. They just made the mistake on their end and needed $2,000 before I was able to come into the office again. The temporary tooth they gave me broke and I was toothless trying to get a new one but was unable to before I gave them the money. Also, the new fake tooth would cost me an additional $500 but the first 2 were free because they “forgot” to charge me. My whole experience was just completely unorganized and I did not feel any kind of patient care. It felt like one thing after another. Any of these 1 things alone would be fine because i understand people make mistakes, but the constant errors and 0 accountability did not make me feel good about staying with this dentist office. I hope their other patients get the care they need and safe can turn it around because I heard it was a very good office. I apologize for the bad review but I felt like my experience should be heard.

This is one of those situations where the representative let their masks fall off. To start you have to pay $49 for a cancellation fee in case you cancel your appointment if you don't cancel your appointment you get the $49 back. That was not a problem it's $49 enjoy it.
The issue comes where I was assaulted last year at my hospital job by a psych patient. I have lots and lots of pain pertaining to that. I was going to cancel the appointment. When I was called by this establishment's male representative he was reminding me about the appointment.
When he calls I was on my way to the spine doctor, I said to him thank you for calling I was going to cancel this appointment. That's when his tone dropped you can already hear the disappointment he said, so you're canceling the appointment, were you going to call and cancel. To which I said yes once I got home and looked at my appointments then he then I told him I'm going to deal with something else you can just cancel my appointment for tomorrow.
Hugo's so you're canceling it, I said yes and again he goes where you going to cancel it were you going to call and I said yes I was. That's when I said look I have to go I'm going to the spine doctor oh what's wrong, that's when I said I was injured in an accident at the hospital and he proceeded to grill me with five more questions, I'm pissed off that I answered those questions because he's not my dad and he's not a cop.
I then said does it cost to cancel the appointment, he said no it would cost to reschedule it I said again for the third time okay then just cancel it and still he wanted to ask me questions so I finally said "Nick cancel the appointment that's it" and with pure snarkiness he goes okay Lovietta bye
Like I said certain people on this planet wear masks they wear a mask and they put it on and take it off as it suits him when he first caught me and set up this appointment it was a very nice mask of a representative when he found out I was not rescheduling the mask came off that's how it does with those people I swear working in healthcare has really turned me and I see how people truly truly are

Cannot stress enough how great my experience with Sage dental NJ is. From the front desk girls to the hygienists, to the Dr’s, and Deborah. Everyone treats you with care and compassion. I was never rushed , I never felt judged. My journey with dental
Implants is still in its infancy, but I truly feel cared for. Thank you all so much. If you’re reading reviews to sway you one way or another, I can certainly attest that Sage is wonderful. Thank you everyone 😊

About Sage Dental Nj
Sage Dental NJ is a dental implant practice located in Wall Township, New Jersey, founded in 2006 by Dr. Avi Israeli. The practice focuses on full arch implant treatment, including its ImmediaTEETH All-on-X system, as well as single tooth implants, Smile Start, and Better Than a Denture options. Patients considering implants can start with a complimentary consultation that includes X-rays and CBCT scans, along with a discussion of treatment options and financing.
The practice offers an eight-operatory facility with an on-site dental lab, allowing scans, planning, and prosthesis fabrication to happen in-house. For single implants, treatment is done with local anesthesia and nitrous oxide, while full arch procedures are performed with IV sedation administered by a board certified anesthesiologist. The team also provides financing options through multiple third party companies to help make treatment accessible for a range of budgets.
