I love this place! Dr Hall is an amazing dentist! The whole staff is amazing! Any concerns I’ve had Dr Hall has listened and fixed or reassured or even sent referrals out for “just incase” I love that they have a cappuccino machine, and 3 massage chairs in the waiting room! They even sometimes have cookies in the waiting room😂 they have a small area my children both love! They have so many thing to help you stay comfortable and calm during all exams and procedures! They are understanding that my son is very talkative and curious! And they work around it😂 they also understand my daughter has a bit of anxiety when it comes to the dentist and makes sure I can sit with her when getting her teeth looked at! All around if you’re looking for a dentist go here and ask for DR Hall!

This dental practice is an absolute disgrace. My fiancée, who is 19 and dealing with brittle teeth due to a calcium deficiency from pregnancy, went in hoping for extractions. Not only did they refuse to perform the procedure, but they also treated her with shocking disrespect. They completely ignored her wishes and brought her mother into the room, despite my fiancée being an adult who lives independently. Her mother then falsely claimed my fiancée was autistic, which was instantly denied, yet the dental staff continued to disregard my fiancée and only spoke to her mother. This was a massive breach of professionalism and completely undermined her autonomy. After I called to address this outrageous behavior, hoping for a resolution or at least a referral, they responded by canceling all her future appointments and explicitly stating they would not refer her anywhere else. This entire experience has been incredibly demeaning, unprofessional, and has left her without necessary dental care. Avoid this practice at all costs if you expect to be treated with respect and receive proper medical attention.

I am here to tell ya, if you want top notch dental care with exceptional patient care that exceeds all levels of quality, kindness, compassion, empathy, quality dental care than this is the place to be. I can't express how amazing ALL the staff are, from the front desk to the assistants and dentists. They have always gone above and beyond for me and my daughter. Dr Sia, and Dr Blake are fabulous. They have locations in Frontenac and Joplin. They are definitely in the business to give people a reason to smile 😃 😊

I had a fantastic experience at Saia Smile Center. From the moment I walked in, the entire team – made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Blake and dental assistant were incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to explain every step of the process in a clear and reassuring way. What really stood out was how relaxed I felt during the procedures – no stress, and absolutely no pain at all. It's rare to say that a dental visit was enjoyable, but this one truly was. Their professionalism and care made all the difference. I highly recommend this office in Joplin, MO to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate dental care!

This is the most relaxing and welcoming environment I have ever experienced. Everyone is so friendly. Cindy welcomed me by name as soon as I walked in. Had my teeth cleaned two weeks ago then a filling filled today. Kim the assistant was amazing and Jill was all smiles talking too me the whole time on what she was doing. I will definitely keep coming back here.
