I love this place. Got referred to them, and within the week I had an appointment. The staff were all professional, courteous, made me feel welcome, like I was at home with friends. Dr Kaindl was professional, quick, knowledgable. Seemed more like a friendly uncle than a doctor, didn't talk down to me, just explained what needed to happen, and had a plan for my care really quickly. Definitely recommend them if you need something done.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted with smile and kindness. The front office girls and office manager are kinds, knowledgeable and work to make sure all you concerns are addressed. When brought back the Dental assistants are just as kind. They are good and efficient at their jobs. Dr. Kaindl puts you right at ease and is quick, efficient and professional. The whole experience made for a positive one. I've been one to say "I hate dentist" mostly meaning the experience. This time though, it was completely different. I won't be hesitant to return if I ever need to. I now have a beautiful smile again. Thank you Salem Periodontal.❤️

All the staff at Salem Periodontal Specialists are kind and welcoming. Im always greeted with a smile! They are eager to help and did a wonderful job assisting me in setting up my payment plan and made the process as painless as possible. Thank you team for taking such good care of your patients!

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate scheduling needs, make sure we were pleased with the 'product', in addition to following up with insurance to ensure the claim was covered to the fullest extent.

The staff at Salem Periodontal Specialists are fantastic. I want to share my incredible experience. From the staff that worked diligently to get me scheduled around my schedule to the Dentists who took the best care of me, educated me, and really performed painlessly throughout my procedure. There are two things that I really get anxious about….doctor visits and dental visits, but with these professionals, I look forward to my next appointments. Thank you all for the great care you gave me and outcome of the procedure! Very pleased! Special thanks to Erik and Richard. You both deserve to be recognized!
